I purchased a car from Ross Motor Cars recently (May 17.) The car had two mechanical issues within the warranty period, neither of which could have been predicted or considered out of the ordinary. Bob (owner) was quick to invite me in to have the car looked at. Brett (mechanic) was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to make the necessary repairs, at no cost to me. I highly recommend them.
