The most recent service Ive had at Honda of Watertown was for an oil change tire rotation and balance. The service advisor recommended a fuel injector service as well reassuring me I need it since I have a Civic Si and since it is a performance orientated vehicle it would be for the best, I trusted the advisor was telling me all the right information. So I went in for all of those services left the service department after a few hours and felt a little vibration in my steering wheel that was not there before. I thought to myself its just in my head or maybe itll settle down after a little time. But it didnt so I emailed Tyler my service advisor back and said I would like my wheel balance rechecked. I scheduled a time, went in and Tyler informed me that one of the weights that balance my wheels fell off. So they rebalanced my wheels and I went on my way, few days later same thing, felt vibrations. I thought to myself "oh no not again." Got in touch with Tyler went back they rerotated my tires and balanced them again. Tyler reassured me everything should be okay. But there is still vibration in my steering wheel I tried getting in touch with Tyler my advisor but no response to my emails anymore. I went back three times to get my wheels and tires all squared away and they cannot do that for me, I paid for a rotation and they put the tires back into the same spots they were originally. The weights on my wheels fell off and I now have vibrations in my steering wheel that were not there before. How can a service department make you come back so many times on such a simple task. Its so disappointing, I wish I could go back because all the advisors are so nice, but the people working on my vehicle is what concerns me. If they cannot balance my wheels properly what else are they doing wrong, Im questioning my entire visit to the service department now and questioning whether they did a good or bad job on the rest of the services I paid for(which was a lot of money).

Went to look for a new car and after hearing the usual car dealer song and dance we dedided on a used Jeep (which they werent interested in selling since it wasnt new or a Honda) that looked like a good deal. Once we were in the finance office the manager sold us on this "extended service contract" for an extra $1,700. The guy looked in my 6 month pregnant wifes face and did this whole spiel of "you dont want to be stuck with your kid in the car and not have this coverage...blahblahblah" and guaranteed us that if we never used it and we paid off the car, we can get our $1,700 back. Fast forward 5 years later, we never used the service, the car was paid off so we call the same guy back to receive the refund. OVER 2 WEEKS of e-mails, voicemails and he never calls me back. He finally calls me back and says all I have to do is send the paperwork to him and they will cut a check in a week after I sign an odom agreement. So I do so and ask him to call to confirm reciept...2 MORE WEEKS go by of e-mails and calls and NO CALL BACK. Finally get this bozo on the phone and says (with no apology about not getting back to me by the way) "oh, you have to come in". I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT A MONTH AGO!!! These leeches pray that people forget and not collect, or that the time will elapse before you can get the necessary stuff. Now I have to go into the dealer and resist not slapping this idiot in the face when I sign the paper. I wouldnt buy a car from this place with a gun to my head.

Pressured and untruthfulness is this dealership motto. I wanted to test drive the Honda Civic and wanted to know what type of deal I could get. I was told that I was receiving a discount because I know an employeed. The discount was less than whatI was offered at another dealership. I was told that the 0.9% percent financing would end on Sept. 4. Definitely not true since I still hear the 0.9% financing on the radio. I wanted to come back but was pressured into buying and taking the car on the same day. Not happy with the whole experience. I was not given the option of getting the VIN number etched on the windows. This was tagged on and saw it after a closer look at the contract. The finance person did not even go line by line with the contract as Ive experienced with other dealships. I stopped by a week later to speak with Mr. Verini but he was busy, I left a voicemail message which is yet to be returned. I know I should have just walked out and not closed the deal. What bothers me is the untruthfulness of the supped deal I was getting and the low finance rate ending on Sept. 4. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worse experience ever - this is my fourth new car from different automakers and this has been the worse experience ever. It has turned me off of purchasing another Honda in the future.

Excellent used car staff, terrible service department. I just bought a used car and the tires are very worn and car pulls left badly, should have been replaced by dealer to be sold as CPO. they told me that the car didn’t pull and tires are fine, it was raining for a week straight and I hydroplaned I think they should be replaced for my own safety and my sons.. dash lights all came on a week after buying car, they said it had a computer update to fix the problem. not sure if i believe it, but we will see it the lights return. also, interior pieces are not original, headlamps are not original, and a remote starter was installed by previous owner that makes it difficult to shut off the car, no body there knows how to work the remote start but its supposedly a dealer installed option.. i was comfortable paying slightly more for CPO, ill probably never buy a used car here again because of the terrible service dept. they should ask themselves why any customer wants waste an hour drive to be told theyre wrong and nothing is wrong with the car.. I will update my review after receiving my car back in better condition, if there was a way to return this car I wouldn’t hesitate, I spent money on a CPO not to have to deal with stupid small problems like these.
