I have been looking for a used Honda Pilot and was lucky to find the exact vehicle I had in mind at BMW of Watertown in an on-line search. I asked to be notified if the car was still available and was contacted by the Internet sales rep who, in turn introduced me to Karl Turshani, my sales rep. I made an appointment and put a deposit down over the phone to be sure that the car was not sold before I got to it. When I pulled into the dealership, the car was parked by the front door and was spotless. It looked brand new. This was the car I had been looking for. Karl and I spent an hour or so filling out forms and sharing car stories. He was patient, gracious and made me feel right at home. Then it was time to meet the business manager, Charlie. It was as if we had known each other since high school. Our life experiences and interests were almost the same and that made the business and money end of the deal comfortable and effortless. As Charlie said, "this was the kind of guy I could share a beer with after work". Needless to say, the process went smoothly and papers were signed in no time. One snag was that my wife was at work so it looked like we would have to come back another day. Then Karl came in and offered to follow me to her place of work 45 minutes away so that she could sign the papers and I could take possession of the car. What a pleasant surprise and an example of just how far Karl would go to provide service above and beyond the call of duty. I was then introduced to Dan, the dealership Sales manager. He had negotiated the selling price of the car the prior evening. He did all he could to make the numbers work and I was glad to have the opportunity to thank him. Overall, my experience with BMW of Watertown was worth every one of the 5-stars rated above. I went in as a customer and left as a friend with a new car. I highly recommend the team at BMW of Watertown and want to thank them for the pleasant experience they afforded me from start too finish. Happy New Year friends. I wish you all the best in 2017.

My 2013 528i 3 year lease was up on 4/29/16. I looked at a number of dealerships in Ct for a 2016 5 series maybe even a 7 series. I spent the winter in Florida and visited several BMW dealerships there to get the lay of the land. When I returned April 1 I started at the dealership that I had leased the 2013. I was given several choices including a 2015 "loaner" No followup at all. More or less take it or leave it we have others waiting even if you are not interested. They were right I wasnt interested! Once I stepped into the BMW of Waterford showroom I felt at home. The experience was seamless these people know what they are doing. The experience is and was always.... "what are you looking for Mr Greco" and none of "this is what we have..This is the price" I am a fairly confident negotiator and I felt very comfortable in the way they presented the vehicles that I was most interested. They met every question with a reasonable answer including test driving several vehicles and models during 3 visits. I live in Milford CT there are several dealers much closer. BMW of Watertown has a policy that customers within 50 miles are given a loaner delivered to their residence, an associate returning to the dealership with their vehicle, once servicing done they would return the vehicle to the home or office with out the inconvenience of driving over 60 miles round trip. Thats service that makes me smile...!! Another example of their efforts was after the deal was done, I had had my new 2016 several days, I was hit with a $250 annual charge for 2016-2017 subscription charge by Sirius XM for the 2013 vehicle. The team led by Donny Frost got my refund within a matter of days when I could not get any service satisfaction from the satellite radio company. The only reward for them was a satisfied customer. This is a team whose mantra is take care of the customer they are our bread and butter. Do yourself a favor visit BMW of Watertown!!!!

Friendly, efficient and skilled. My wife and I have been very happy with both the sales and service departments at BMW of Watertown. From the very beginning in 2004 when my wife wanted a 330ci convertible, the sales people accomodated her every request and somehow procured the exterior and interior colors she had requested as well as the 6-speed manual transmission, which at the time, we had not been able to find through any other dealer within a 50 mile radius. All the other dealers could come up with was an automatic transmission, and a model 325, not a 330, which has just the right amount of critical oomph when you need it. After that the scheduled service was free for the first few visits. We did not have to spend any money on repairs until June 2011, but duh, by now it was 7 years old and it was time to fix the brakes and a few other things. I came in today for my yearly oil change and checkup and including the just under $100 I paid for that, our total repair expenditure on this vehicle in 8 years, not including tires, has been just under $1500. What other kind of car do you know that has required less than $200 of repairs per year for 8 years and still runs like clockwork? If you have need of an emergency fix, BMW of Watertown is very accomodating. My wife slid off the driveway into a bush one weekend two winters ago when we had all that snow and one side of the rear bumper came loose. Being a "real man" I duct taped it until I could call BMW on Monday. They said, come on in. I did and they fixed it for free in about 10 minutes and I was back on the road minus the duct tape. Sweet! So a big round of applause to our Deutche Freunden at BMW and all the friendly and efficient people at BMW of Watertown.

Brad was such a great help to me during my BMW car leasing process. I had recently been in a car accident, and unfortunately, was unexpectedly thrown into having to make a relatively quick decision on my next vehicle. I was considering a few different brands and dealing with a few different salespeople/dealerships. Brads knowledge and patience with me and dedication to listening to what I wanted in order to find the correct vehicle for me was outstanding and made me want to choose to work with him and get a BMW from Hoffman. Brad truly cared about me and my car leasing experience, I felt like I had a friend throughout the entire time that cared as much about the process of leasing a new car as I did. All of my correspondence via multiple email and phone calls were answered promptly with the utmost care and consideration for my time and all of my questions were answered with outstanding knowledge. Brad went out of his way to locate and have the exact car I wanted shipped in. It is truly my dream car and I couldnt be happier! Working with the finance department was a breeze too, and Charlie was a pleasure to work with and made completing the lease paperwork stress free. Thank you Brad and everyone at Hoffman of Watertown for the exceptional experience and for turning my less than ideal situation into a fabulous one! I love my new 2016 3 series with the sport package and blacked out grill, its stylish, fun to drive, and most importantly safe! look forward to buying my next with you!
