Such a beautiful store with more of an upscale feeling when you enter as compared to Rooms To Go. The reason I give them 3 stars is not about their quality furnishings; its because of their inconvenient store hours. Who closes at 6pm when people work usually until 5 or later. That doesnt give the average consumer time to browse their beautiful furnishings. Their limited also to mostly adult furniture; very little,if none for children & teens room decor. Prices for some of their furniture tend to be a bit pricier than Ashley & Rooms To Go,but seem to be well made. The sales reps are friendly & helpful, but they tend to shadow you about while shopping. That is another reason I rated them 3 stars. I prefer to shop with less pressure.

Buyer Beware! Purchased the Guardian furniture plan when we purchased our dining room table. Question the sales associate about the plan and specifically asked if there were any problem it would not cover. They said that the furniture plan covered everything. Placed a claim in to them regarding some scratches that were done when our house cleaning crew did not pick up the centerpieces on the table. They pushed them on the table top and was told by a Guardian representative that my claim was denied because the plan did not cover "independent contractors". So now I am stuck with a table with scratches, money out of my pocket that I paid to have my table covered. Beautiful table, but not so good protection plan.

Friendly and professional sales representatives and staff. Great buying experience. However, low star rating for delivery time and no follow up. We purchased furniture piece almost 4 weeks ago with the promise that we would have it in 4-6 weeks (delivered). Furniture is scheduled for delivery almost 8 weeks after purchase. Spoke with store representative who promised that the store manager would call back; however, no call has been received. Would love to purchase from Havertys in the future, but feel like the possible wait times and service after purchase may not make it worthwhile.

Havertys did a great job in their customer service and return/exchange policies. We bought a sectional 9 months ago and it started tearing at the seems, feathers came through throw pillows, and back pillows completely lossed their shape. They gave us no problems when we reached out to them. They were willing to exchange any way we chose. Since there had already been reviews with the same complaints, we chose another set. Very happy customers!

Very classy venue with a lot of great furniture. Though, upon my first visit, my brother, girlfriend and I were approached by a sales associate and as I made a comment about the price of one of the sofas she proceeded to judge me by my appearance and made the remark that "those are grown up prices." I was ready to buy a living room set before she said that but anyways, IKEA it is!!! Suggestion: Put your employees in their place

Brought a table set with the warranty, had issues the swap out the chairs with painted chairs. Not just to say they are pricey and they lie about there quality and it is nothing but junk.
