This place deserves negative stars! My first purchase with them was some sofas, in which I was told about a 7 year protection that would cover my entire sofa of any rips, cracks, or tears. Just to find out that it is only good for genuine leather sofas. I was sold on a plan that didnt cover my sofas! Conned out of my money! After that I can say that they worked with me and I decided to make my second purchase with them. I purchased a memory foam bed and the entire time that I was there in the store, I was debating whether to purchase a foam or gel foamed mattress. The sales rep saw that I was a bit hesitant so his manager Gary came and was talking us up on how these mattress have a 10 year manufacturer warranty and a "120 day sleep good" (which means you have up to 120 days to exchange the mattress if it doesnt meet your expectations) on these mattresses, so this made us purchase the mattress, because my thought was if I didnt like this mattress then I could have opt in for the gel foam one instead. To my surprise I went in just to find out that 120 day sleep good is only for mattresses over $1400. These people will lie to you so they can get there numbers up and their commission! They will say and make it seem like your getting a great deal, when all it is IS TALK! ON top of all of that, now I am the crazy one, because none of these sales rep wont fess up and admit that they told us we were allotted 120 days of good sleep! They lied to me and they will lie to anyone who goes in there to make a purchase! BEWARE OF THEIR CON WAYS AND DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! IF YOU DO YOULL BE SORRY! IF YOU MUST PURCHASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN ON THE RECEIPT, SO YOU WONT GO IN THEIR LOOKING CRAZY BECAUSE ITS THEIR WORD AGAINST YOURS!

If I could put no stars I would,I have a leather sofa and some leather chairs and other things and I had bought protection for 7 years and my the leather started peeling,cracking and losing color after 1 year,so,their leather Is fake.I called them after 5 years(I paid my protection for 7 years)and they said they would come look at it and when they came they went to the wrong house which isnt my problem because I gave them the correct address right before but they told me theres nothing they can do because they spent $100 to send a guy and they arent doing it again.Before they had told me they were going to look at it and now theyre saying they will only cover 20% and I have to pay the rest even though I have protection that I bought which they are now saying it doesnt cover it.They are rude liars when I called they turned the phone off on my face because I was telling them I have warranty and I wont accept only getting 20% off and paying the whole rest they are truly assholes.Also it was the manager that treated me horrible,I dont recommend this place to no one. Thank you for your time.

I purchased a leather sectional from American Signature in 2013 with the warranty. My furniture started peeling. Although no one sat on it. Leather cleaned and conditioned. I called American Signature, after being told its covered. An appointment was set up for the guy to come and access the problem. Long story short, it is not covered. And I will receive a call telling how much credit toward a new purchase. Do not pay extra for the warranty, and do not purchase the leather it peels really bad, very disappointed after recommending people to shop for furniture here.ugh!!!!!!

I loved the interaction with Henry Williams; he really made us feel like we were talking to family. I appreciated his input, advice and his help. I more so loved that he didnt rush us even though the store was minutes to closing. As well as he didn’t try to guide us to get something far from what we wanted and out of our price range. Which, most companies try to do. He didnt hover, but wasnt hard to find at the same time. I will definitely come in again a purchase more furniture when funds and time permits.

The sales consultant, Courtney Fox at the Altamonte Springs, Fl store, did an excellent job. She took photos of the dining room set I wanted and sent them via text message so that I could see the true color of the set I wanted. And photos of the sideboard/server with the doors open so that I could see the inside. Im really thankful that I didnt have to drive an hour to Altamonte Springs. Needless to say, she made a sale. Thats customer service above and beyond. Thanks again Courtney.

Wont be doing business with this store anymore, after being recommended to the 90 day program and not being made aware of the horrible rac company theyre partnered with. Im paying 3 times the price for furniture thats already falling apart. This store has been a go to for my entire family but not anymore. Cant believe they would set their customers up with such a crappy company. Once I pay this off they wont get another dime and Ill be sure NOT to recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Experience. To echo the rest of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE reviews, once these guys have your money, good luck getting them to do anything. I wish I read the reviews before going to the store. Nobody in this store cares anything about you, and it seems to come from the top down. BUYER BEWARE indeed. Im still waiting for my last piece of furniture to be sent. My living room is sitting half-done for months now because these guys just do not care.

We bought a recliner there and added the protection. We were told if "absolutely anything happened to it" it would be covered. A total lie. The leather started peeling off and they said "Thats not covered". So. Their furniture is junk and they lie to you to get the sale. Never again. We have a whole house to furnish and there is a 0% chance we will use them. Avoid this place!

I was new in town in need to furnish my apartment. Stepped in at the American Furniture Store at colonial drive, had a very pleasant sales representative Mr Edgar he took the time to show us around and I was very pleased to see they had very high quality furniture and such wonderful pricing. My new favorite store.

We ordered bedroom set and mattress for our son. bedroom set was delivered but mattress cover and sheets which were supposedly free with purchase were not delivered. the store would never answer the telephone to fix the problem. Buyer beware and do not buy anything at this store ever!

Bought a bedroom set and a dinning set. When I got the bedroom it was not our order. My table was out of stock and no one informed us until day we expecting delivery and it did not come!!! I will never shop there again, poor customer service these people only about making a sale.

Lied to us about the quality of a sofa and love seat then told us there was nothing they could do to resolve their salesmans lies. Store manager Larrys words, "Thats between you and your salesman" Run, go anywhere else. Saving a few dollars is not worth it.
