Worst experience in a Target ever. Not only was I insulted by the older gentleman who was our cashier, (I always show the utmost respect to my elders, but this mans tone was condescending) but the management staff was clueless about their own coupon policies. The shift manager, Alex, was polite enough but refused to follow the policies clearly listed on the Target website. He began by telling me that I couldnt use two manufacturers coupons because they read "one coupon per purchase". This was false because every coupon states that - what it means is that I can only use one manufacturers coupon per item purchased - the coupon didnt have a limit as to how many actual coupons I could use in a single transaction. (Targets policy is only 4 like coupons - I was well within this policy). When I asked him to show me exactly where it said I couldnt use the coupons I had, he read me a portion of the coupon policy that was in no way applicable to the situation. When we asked to speak to the actual manager, he called over Christian, who was even more clueless. Christian tried to explain to me that I couldnt use all the coupons because "the store takes a loss" when people use coupons. This statement is completely false. Stores make more money on those of us who use coupons than cash paying customers. Each coupon is turned over to the manufacturer and the store is paid its face value plus an 8-10 cent handling fee. When I tried to explain this to him, he cut me off and began to study the coupons. I played within the rules. I stacked one manufacturer coupon and one target coupon per each item I was purchasing and I wasnt using more coupons than allowed. The entire situation was embarrassing. There were other customers forming a line behind us gawking. I find the situation ridiculous and unnecessary. A truly disappointing experience.

This target was clean and organized but all the produce I bought want bad with in like 2 days and it what I did get to eat wasnt very good. Not to mention the selection was terrible. And at the check out I heard a cashier basically make a customer get red card and then tell out that she hit her quota. When I tried to tell her they should offer more produce she started giving me directions to the super target. She just completely disregaurded what I actually had to say. Ill probably never go back.

Not the best Target, not the worst. Not a lot of frills other locations have, e.g. no Starbucks, and seems to have low stock on some items I buy regularly (your experience may vary since I buy some specific niche items). OK if youre in the area and need something, but the Casselberry and Sanford locations are better.

Forget Walmart, Target will price match anyone else, has cleaner store, nicer, more helpful staff and isnt packed with every hillbilly and Neanderthal in the area. Its like having the choice between a Mercedes or a Kia brand new for the same price and choosing the Kia when you choose Walmart over Target.

I walked out leaving my cart behind. Because it was only self checkout and i am disabled. Shame on you target for self checkout only. Plenty of disabled and elderly people who cant do it physically. Shame.

cant complain, its not a super target but the competition is tough for target in this area with walmart down the street, and publix right next door and another publix down the street

This isnt the nicest target Ive been to, it was completely deserted when I was in. It just looked a little old. My regular target on 434 is much nicer and brighter.
