We went in looking for a used car. Obviously, you will need a down payment, so do not go in there expecting a free car. They worked with us, let us defer part of our down payment, and were VERY patient with us. They let us poke, prod, and jingle all of the cars we were interested in, without breathing down our necks the whole time. Everyone there were friendly and relaxed with us. We spent I think 5 hours on the lot before we drove off with a car we are in love with. We showed them we were serious about getting a car and they showed us they were serious about their customer service! We opted for a used car, but to be honest, to us it is new.
