Pros: This dealer does report to Equifax and Transunion so if you make your payments on time it will definitely benefit your credit score. Most cars come with a 2 year/24k mile (whichever comes first) warranty with only a $100 deductible for any work covered under warranty. Good selection of vehicles from economy cars on up to full sized SUVs. Referral bonuses for friends. Cons: If your vehicle needs warranty work they do no provide loaner/rental vehicles. They seem to try and get you into a lower cost vehicle than what you want, this may be a good idea for some but it really insults the intelligence of someone who has already done their research and knows what they want. As expected for a "buy here pay here" place the interest charge for your car is really high in the 20% range. Payments are to be made every two weeks so budget accordingly before getting a vehicle here. Overall I like this place despite the cons and have more than doubled my credit score thanks in part to them and making better finical decisions. The fact that most cars come with a warranty does provide peace of mind but as with any used car purchase Id recommend you check your car out before buying or have a mechanic do so if youre not familiar with auto mechanics.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I called 2 days ahead before I went up to the place an ask what all did I need to purchase a car the lady was nice on the phone an told me to come... When I got there the lady I talk to on the phone didnt even help me even tho I ask for her told them her name and everything but yet I got stuck with some other young girl, The young lady who ended up helping me was very stand off ish... Judge me just because I was young an black an walk up there, then when I would ask questions due to the fact that I never been to a car dealership an it being me first time she would look at me crazy like Im asking stuff I should already know or give me the answer as if Im some dummy... Long story short she wasted my time after she told me I wasnt accepted but wouldnt tell me why an told me they would send me a letter in the mail an tell me why I personally think thats crazy why not tell me now but hey a first time experience I will never do again at the business HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Place of business...

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever. First Time buyer , my previous car was totaled out due to a negligent driver so I came here just to be bamboozled by a salesman who leased me a 2003 vehicle with biweekly payments totaling out to 400,and the total being 10,000. Every since Iv eleased the vehicle Ive had Major car issues every week from the compressor to the headlights. I spoke with the sales manager to replace the vehicle with a more dependable vehicle being that I always make my payments on time and never missed one. I just wanted a reliable car for the price Im paying. He stated that until I pay 75% of the loan I would not be able to trade in or do anything about it so im stuck with a piece of trash. I suggest anyone NOT to shop here ! Their cars are torn down and they are full of lies and misleading information. I will be returning the vehicle at the beginning of the year and will not advise anyone to shop here for a vehicle. They are a complete joke !

My husband & I went to location off of I20 and Wheatland. He was the primary person applying and I was a back up for the extra income. Long story short these people didnt approve us for a car although we met all the qualifications and come to find out I checked my credit report and these peoole did a hard inquiry without my permission , without my SSN# also. I dont recommend this place and i seriously feel they didnt approve of us because we had Austin references and the salesman asked if we traveled to Austin. They are not leased vehicles so technically thats none of there damn business. I called the mgr today regarding the credit inquiry he was rude and said he has to look the info up. False advertising of bad credit, no credit abd beware if they ask you if you travel that could change the outcome of your approval.

I got their insurance plan to quickly leave the lot with my vehicle the same day. When I tried to get my own insurance, they claimed that it didnt meet their terms and forced me to keep theirs. One reason being that it had excluded drivers that did not live in my house. I have never heard of such nonsense from a dealership. Once I got in a wreck, they told me that they would pick up my car from impound. I kept calling all day and they told me that they were taking care of it. The next day, I called to check on my vehicle to find out that they never picked it up. So it now has additional charges, which they expect me to pay. They also told me that it might not even get picked up that day, so I better get it myself if I dont want more charges. Most insurance places pick up your car immediately.

if i could give 0 starts i would dont purchase a vehicle from this place I bought a used 08 impala ss OVERPRICED! the car was fine the first week then misfires and bad spark plugs got it the next day car drove fine the first week after that then slipping around 40-80 mph took the car back the same month came back out now the car is not reversing and not accelerating rpms is messed up so as of Monday I will be giving auto liquidators their keys to this piece of s**t and will just buy a cash car and they will patch your car just so it will drive good for a week YOUNG PEOPLE BEWARE the other reviews are ppl who just got lucky

Just a wast of time for a first time buyer had applyed online got a call a hour later saying i was pre approved that i also they go by how much you make not on your credit so made an appt and the lady said i was ganna meet with the manager also just need to bring my id pay check and proof of address was there for 2 hours had to give them my information again a said i did not get approved never met with the manager was told he was not there and he was nothing but liers for a first time buyers do not wast your time and i seen also other people were having the same problem

I am a current customer and I am not happy with the service a all. i would not recommend to my enemies.My vehicle had 2 issues after the first week and they would not give the a loaner car while they fixed my car for 2 days. The AC still never worked properly. They have disable my vehicle 4 or 5 times and my payment was not late. i have been given a hard time because i switched jobs and my pay week changed. they told me it would not be an issue before i signed papers... i am almost ready to get a lawyer..
