This place is wonderful. I have been in multiple times for ring sizing, watch batteries, and engraving, and they have been nothing but great to work with. They are fast, extremely reasonably priced, and always go out of their way to make sure everything is done perfect. I was very impressed with the unique ring-sizing technique that they used for my engagement ring. They didnt have to "cut" or bend the band, which would have jeopardized the diamonds on my band coming loose. Instead, they placed a permanent gold insert inside the band - which is very comfortable, didnt damage the band, can easily be re-sized to bigger later on if necessary, and is not noticeable when worn. Alex and his mom Rebeca always help me, and theyre both great. I love the environment there - the entire family works in the business, and its always nice to go to a family owned business, where they treat their clients like family as well. I have referred this business to all of my friends.

Excellent customer service! I dropped my engagement ring off to have a broken prong fixed. She also noticed that another prong was bent and fixed that as well. The work was done and the ring was ready to pick up the next day. Very, very pleased with the quality of their work fixing my ring as well as their customer service. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend them!
