I had high hopes for this jeweler, being that it seems to be recommended well on Google and from other Facebook recommendations. The employees appear to be pretty nice from the relatively little interaction I had with them, but the owner of Park Jewelers (Tony) left a lot to be desired for me. I felt that he was very rude, condescending and disrespectful with an overall arrogant attitude during his interaction with me after my questioning why he did not communicate with me when my watch should have been ready for pick up thirteen (almost fourteen) days prior. Admittedly, It was my fault that I had the false impression that they completed watch repairs on site, but they sent my watch out for repair and did not work on attempting to get my watch completed until I showed up 12 days after it should have been completed and waiting for me in this their jewelry store. I am very disappointed in what I feel was their lack of customer service in my experience and overall disrespectful tone. I do not appreciate the seemingly rhetorical statement "what more do you expect me to do, young lady?". No offer of a discount for the inconvenience or any other offer other than an overdue apology was provided. My friend actually mentioned to me that she thought he was very rude to me when we went to check on the status of my watch, without me even asking. She pointed out that he had never even greeted me upon entering the store and only stated, "I told you that Id call you when the watch was ready!!!" I had only come to check because I was nearby and the watch was supposed to be in by around that time, I knew there was a possibility it wouldnt be there, but I was excited to get my watch back as soon as possible. You can try your luck with this guy, but I wouldnt try mine again.

I was recommended by a friend to go to Park Jewelers when it was time to buy an engagement ring. Like anyone else, I had been to all the big-box jewelers, all the mall stores, the nationwide companies and just wasnt impressed... They were all the same. Park Jewelers is a family business that knows you by face, call you by name, and takes great care of you. If you want something specific and they dont have it, theyll order it. If they cant order it, theyll custom make it (which is what I did with the engagement ring). Tony and his family clearly take great pride in providing you the perfect piece of jewelry. And they wont nickel and dime you to death. If anything, theyre more than fair with price and the service they provide. In the last 18 months, Ive purchased 4 pieces of jewelry from Park, and combined, they were formally appraised for more than double what I paid for them. When were shopping for jewelry in the future, Tony and his family are the only people we need to visit. So should you. Thank you again for all your help and well be in to see you soon!

I cannot rave enough about Park Jewelers! My fiance purchased my engagement ring here, a very simple Tiffany setting with a modestly sized diamond. After he gave it to me, I did some research to find out if he got a good deal, and Park gave him a better price than he would have gotten anywhere else. I was having problems with the prongs on my ring snagging on yarn when I knit, so I went in, explained my concerns, and asked about having a bezel head put on my ring. Park Jewelers put the bezel on my ring free of charge, and it is absolutely stunning. They also gave us a great price on our gorgeous and unique wedding bands.

We always had great customer service from everyone. An example is that I was thinking about switching out some stones on a ring my husband bought me to do alternating birthstones of my kids but I wasnt sure how it would look together. Tony ordered the stones for me to see them together to help make up my mind. I didnt end up making the switch but Im glad he showed me the option.

We love Tony!!! It all started with a watch battery, because his store is close to home. Since then, we go to him for everything! Jewelry repairs, engagement ring, wedding ring, necklaces, earrings, sizing old rings and even the conversations! I will always see Tony for all my jewelry needs! :)
