Horrible location. Unable to get any assistance. I visited this location last Saturday with the intention of purchasing several fish and supplies. I couldnt locate anyone working the floor, so I requested if the cashier could call an attendant to help us, which she did. After waiting for 25 minutes I asked again and was told there were only 2 people working and if we could give them a few more minutes. After another 20 minutes we never received any assistance and left. We were in the area today and decided wed stop in real quick for the items we needed to set up the new tank our son received. Since we knew what we wanted already, we spoke with Anthony as soon as we walked in and he asked if we could give him a moment he was on his way to help another client and would return shortly. We picked out a few needed items as we waited and after 30 minutes the attendant had never returned but was now helping another customer. We could not locate another available sales associate and decided to leave.

I took my Yorkie here for a light trim around the eyes, yorkie ear trim, paw trim and light face even out because her hair had grown out too much around the eyes. I was very specific and said i didnt want to walk out of here with a different dog because it was just suppose to be a light trim. When i went to pick her up my husband and were extremely upset that they turned her face into a fox looking dog. she doesnt even look close to what she was. We were even unsure they were giving us the same dog back until she jumped on me out of excitement. We will never come back here. Clearly no experience with Yorkies or following instructions for that matter.

I took my dog for grooming at 10 am ., its 2 pm i called and they didnt know how much linger its gonna take ., since i live very close to this location I hanged up and head over Petco lee vista ., and my dog wasnt ready was wet and his hair un even ! I just wanna cry ., I just took my dog and left that place ., the manager just apologize but never never never Again ., they dont know how to groom large dogs..

Very poor customer service in the grooming department!!! I will NEVER go back and I will tell EVERYONE I know the same!!! “Brittany” was the name I was given of the rude grooming managers!! They overbooked appointments and sent me and my dog away even though we were on time for our 11am appointment!! I’ve been using petco for 8 years now and today is my last day I will drive the extra 7 miles for PETSMART

Excellent service! Staff was friendly and helpful. Just took my dog and Luis was her groomer. I was told before she had issues with the blower but Luis was amazing with her and she was tail wagging happy through out the process. Luis provided an excelent customer service and was very knowlegeable and insightfull. Thank You for your service Luis!!

By far the WORST experience ever!!! Took my dog there a few times, RUINED HER CUT!!! Customer service sucks! Lady or BEAST in front counter RUDE AS HELL! I called AND left messages for the DM to call me and NO ONE EVER DID!!! Dont waste your money there they obviously dont care about our pets or our concerns!

Brand new store! Everything is so clean and shiny. We brought our large dog in and a friendly sales associate recognized his breed (most people dont know Cane Corsos) and asked if she could give him a treat. Plenty of staff on hand to help everyone.

Im very happy with the store on Lee Vista. The staff is always accommodating and knowledgeable. I never have problems reaching them by phone. The only minus I can think of is that they do not carry the Royal Canin Indoor 7+ for mature cats.

Ive been to this Petco a couple of times because I live nearby, and Ive never had any issue with the front store staff. They are always very kind, and quick to offer help (but not to the point of being overbearing, unlike other retailers).

Most of their products are over priced and their information on reptiles is either false or very limited. I instead do research online and end up finding things else where.

Dont bother calling any of the Petco stores in Orlando. Cant get through to grooming or customer service. Needed simple pricing info but I will take my business elsewhere.

Took my dog to get a trim and they made him look like a puppy again!!! So cute and fluffy!!! We took him for his pictures the next day!!! <3 <3 <3
