First And Foremost i would like to thank this store for the hospitality that has been shown by the employees and managers. Yet I have been going to this store for the last month. I first came in to get stuff for my new Egyptian Mau Housecat which was not an issue. Yet when i decided that i wanted to start my 1st oscar fish tank i told them that this was my 1st tank and i wanted to make it the best can, i bought 2 oscars and a plecko algae eater. Now due to my inexperience i bought a 10 gallon starter tank which immediately stressed my oscars out and they both have died due to the stress of such a small tank. This place sells sick fish and they do not help prevent bad conditions for fish this situation has forever stained my experience with fish and fish tanks and to make it worse I suffer from mild PTSD so this experience will scar me forever and there is nothing i can do about it.. Such Sad Days #RIPBERNIE #RIPREDD

I always go here to buy my aquarium supplies, since they prices are good and they carry a diverse stock. Unfortunatly, the fish there always seem to be sick. They do medicate the tanks when they need to, but I still buy my fish at a little shop off of portage instead, even though they cost more.

Maggots! Bought a bag of blue buffalo grain free dog food. It had maggots all over the outside of the bag. I will never buy food from here again. All it takes is a pin hole for them to crawl in. Yuck! Wish I could add the picture to my comment. I took several.

Every time we have gone in there most of their fish have ich... We had a goldfish for 2 1/2 years and we added some more to them. All on a span of 10 days all of our fish have died and have ich...... Will never buy fish here again.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful, this is my regular pet store that I visit to get food clothes chews and toys for my small dogs. They dont have a huge selection of hermit crab stuff, so for that I stick to pet smart.

The deals can be good (have to keep an eye out) but i will say that typically the staff is very friendly and willing to help out. You can ask for help and they are prompt and professional.
