Have been coming to this location for YEARS to have my pets groomed. When I arrived yesterday, they told me they were super busy and the grooming would likely take longer than usual. No worries. When they called and told me my pet was ready after and hour and 45 mins, I was surprised. Now I know why....there appeared to be very little effort put into the haircut. Blotchy, tail only partially done, hair still hanging off the ears, and very uneven. Worst haircut ever. I know my dog is 17 years old and cant stand for very long, but the groomer (Vincent) could have definitely done more to make the cut look better.

The groomer who did my dog stated that it would take 3 hours however it ended up being a 5 hour wait and then when I finally got my dog they didnt even do a thing to her coat!! They just bathe her and put a bow in her hair. Her nails were trimmed however they didnt take a single inch off of her body. A waste of time and money!!! Its better off to go to a small business grooming salon instead of petsmart. Theyre too busy to care or give your pets need special attention. The store itself is clean but the groomers suck! Never again petsmart!

I had to write a review after our day. The manager Sandra and associates Chanel, "D", and Nevel were awesome to us and our two furbabies. I never expected the kind of customer service they gave us and they went above and beyond to make us happy without us having to ask. Our dog went for Ds feet and she took it like a champ even though it was so embarrassing. Nevel insisted on helping us carry a large cage and Chanel and Sandra saved us so much money and hassle. Thank you again so much!

I call in this morning to see if a cat is at the store in the PetSmart Adoption Center, and Im told "no". I get in contact with the foster mom of the cat and she said "They are not here so there is no way they are not at the Casselberry PetSmart". If someone calls in and asks a question, please give me correct information. I honestly shouldnt have to ask to get decent customer service. Im in the process of adoption and needed a picture of each for my vet appointment.

Not morning people running with my dog in the morning on a Saturday didnt seem to get much help all the walking around the food off for a couple the minutes and couldnt get any help we got to the register they were ever so happy to get me to sign up for this and sign up for that did you expect a store to come in and get help this is not it if you expect to come in and get what you need and leave them there for store perfect

They dont even deserve one Star! I found my dog lifeless and went to PetSmart in Casselberrys vet because they were the closest. They took my dog in the back, then came out and told me she still had a heartbeat but said I had to go to a vet up the street. They told me they would call to let them know I was coming. They never called and by the time I got there, she was dead and they could not resuscitate her!

Store is neat and clean. They have a large stock and wide variety. The prices are a bit higher than some competitor. I have used their grooming salon a few times over the years and they do great with our little dogs, not with the big ones. The always clip/grind out large dogs nail so short they bleed for days. We have stopped using them for the large dogs. The entire staff is friendly.

Took my dog in for a simple bath, picked her up and would swear it was not my dog by how she was acting. Not only was she scared beyond anything I have ever seen but she would cry if you touched her side ... now she has a bone sticking out on her ribs. Will never bring her back to this store.

There are several PetSmart stores within a few miles of here. Theyre all clean with helpful employees. This particular location seems to be better-stocked with the Swheat Scoop litter that our cats favor. When I go to Altamonte or Apopka, its often out of stock.

Took my Minature Schnauzer to get a haircut and was amazed at the job done. The cashier and floor members, greeted me with smiles and asked if I needed any assistance; which I appreciated. Will return!

Super clean store, I came on adoption day and Im surprised I didnt walk out with a new pet! Some of the things I was looking at I did find cheaper else where. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful

The store is always clean and my dog says he likes the staff, Its a no small gesture that we arent kicked out because my dog is such a crazy baby. They are wonderful with him, and he loves them!!!

I wish I could give them no stars but it makes me choose at least one. I will never bring my dog here again as they hurt her or did something while I took her in for a grooming. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Adopted my wonderful dog from a pet rescue run from here. We went through all 3 phases of dog training here. Trainer was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my dogs well being.

Great store prices are a little high and their groomer keeps getting more expensive by the week my dog went from $21 to $30 in 6 months just for a wash and a nail trim

Big place. Worker there was just standing not asking if anyone needed help. Smelled like wet dog. All in all, i would probably go back if i was desparate.

Good lord there EXPENSIVE! My vet ran out of my pets prescription food & I had to get it here for a week...shocking the price! They should be ashamed!
