One year ago, I went into this chain pet store, I had been wanting a bird that was handheld, used to people, and when I walked into this particular Petsupermarket at 2061 Aloma Ave, Winter Park, Fl 32789, I was pleasantly distracted by a very happy, animated Pineapple Conure! He was adorable! His personality was adorable, and soon I got some much need advice. David, the manager of this store explained to me what this bird was like. His dedicated team of employees all seem very happy under Davids management. I bought this beautiful bird, even though I was a bit nervous as I did not ever own a bird like this. David, was kind and very helpful in telling me all the important facts about how to care for this bird. Im grateful to find a "chain pet store" that knows the importance of handling the birds! In fact the young man who works there is Jamie, he took on the responsibility of handling this bird, their an amazing team of people who genuinely care about the animals they sell, and Im grateful for all their help! I even named my bird Jamie! Thank you to David for his valuable information and to Jamie for also educating me. I will make sure I spread the word that this particular store is the best place to buy a bird!

My dog has to be on a vegetarian diet and they are the only store near me that has vegetarian/vegan food and snacks in stock. The gentleman at the store helped me find the food and even took the bag to the register while I shopped around. I was also helped by another worker who showed me every vegetarian snack in store and the selection was surprisingly large. Petsmart doesnt even carry a vegetarian/vegan option in store. Great store!

I was looking an animal in the store. I dont think that any store should carry live animals... however I was talking to the poor thing and one of the employees walked up to me and said " Shall I box it up for you?" I thought that people who work in the pet supermarket stores cared about animals but I was wrong. I have never heard anyone talk about a live animal in such a manner... especially at a pet store... unbelievable!

Wish I could use no stars. The kittens are in horrible health. One was clearly in distress unable to open his eyes and wheezing. Brought it up to the staff and they did nothing about it other than assure us the kitten was always like that and it was "normal". All of their fish in the tanks had ick. I will NEVER go back to this store for anything ever again.

People are very friendly and super helpful in the store. Feels much more personal because there is always someone to help you with your needs. Being a smaller store they surprisingly still have a wide variety of supplies no matter the type of pet. Keep up the good work!

I am a regular Pet Supermarket customer and proud of it! This location always has what I need and its kept very clean. The employees are always willing to help me and they seem knowledgeable about animals and the products they carry.

The manager is very rude he finds kids disgusting he wont me a 17 year old buy a fish he says you must be 18 and says "Im the manager what I say goes" and when hes not there I have been able to buy fish multiple times very rude

This is the place they are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable all you have to do is go in and tell them the age breed and symptoms and they discuss the options available healthy doggie in 3 days yay!

This is my favorite pet store in the area. The have a great selection and its obvious the staff truly love animals. They always come out from behind the counter to greet our puppy and give him treats.

Ignore the fake morons that "talk to animals" and claim they "have to be 18" to get a pet, the store is extremely well-kept, well-stocked, and staff is friendly, even the 5150 manager. Good job!

Attentive and well stocked, they always help us and have our dog food. Their toys are pretty expensive and the cat section is kinda small, but the whole store is...still great!
