I had a horrible experience with the Return Department!!! We waited for 10 mins to be checked out. Not to mention there were three ladies standing in the returns department and were not helping us because they were busy doing something else! Then finally a lady named Jan helped us, we had to return some clothing items but she could not find them in the computer with our member card!We had just bought them a month prior!!! So she had us walk around the store finish up our shopping then come back to her in the Returns Department, When we finally get up to her while we were waiting in line she says theres nothing that she can do because she cant find the clothing item numbers!!!!! SHE COULD HAVE TOLD US THAT FROM THE BEGINNING OF OUR TRANSACTION!!!! I dont feel that Jen helped us the way that she could have! So to the store MANAGER I hope that you can train JAN better in the Returns Department!!!!

I have recieved attitude from associates working several times. The latest time, I asked an associate to grab a blanket for me that was at the top of a stack because it went with the color scheme in my house and it was the only one they had. She was sassy and rude with me because the blanket that I wanted was up high and she had to get on top of the display boxes to reach it. They also do not follow their hours posted online. I cannot tell you how many times I have looked up online to see how late theyre open, shown up at least half an hour before theyre supposed to close, and then the entrance is closed. I love having a Costco around where I live instead of having to drive clear across town, but this location is not the best.

I only have one complaint and other than that it is a very good store. My complaint is more toward the people that feel that they have to be first and do not care about others. I was in line the other day to get gas, when a gentleman cut in line to get a pump at the front that had cleared out, and he came from the back of the line. I was waiting for the person at the second pump back to get in his car so that I could move ahead, which I thought was the normal procedure. I say that because that is how I have always seen it done. The attendant said nothing to the person, so this must be the new way of getting gas. Why wait in line? I hope that Costco can get some order back to the gas pumps.

I love Costco in general but this particular Costco just needs some changes. To start there is never anywhere to park. It is so packed is practically impossible to maneuver through the store. Finally when you go to check out youre stuck waiting in line for about half an hour most of the time. This Costco is much closer to where I live but I go to the one in Sparks to save myself some headaches, I would suggest you do the same. If youre looking for a quick trip this is not your store.

Much nicer experience than the Reno Costco, worth the drive if your in Reno (not in Sparks). Better lighting and less crowded. Costco is an interesting place, better quality than most stores, prices/cost are great and selection of products is wildly varied. Focus on the selection and Quality. Having said that you wont find the Whole Foods crowd here. It is like people pick a place to shop based on there perception of their own self image.

Went in for a few items so I had to give a good rating. My main gripe about Costco is how they continually move items within the store. You can spend twice as long looking for items that have been placed elsewhere. If its to get me to shop more it has a reverse effect on me. I have cards to both big box stores and have no problem with the other one. My other gripe is too much Kirkland brand replacing great branded items.

A BIG Thank You to BJ in the tire shop!! Had a problem with the "tire pressure sensor" in my car. Even though the shop was quite busy, BJ took the time and effort to diagnose and correct the problem in a very short time. Diagnosis included going under the vehicle to check the spare. As the tires were installed at this shop in May, 2017, there was no charge. The excellent service is much appreciated!

Need items in bulk? Well they have it, prices are pretty good too. You can sample food & drink products as you shop, they usually have a vendor somewhere in the store with a great product ( like a tent ) ect for fabulous price. Gas station, tire shop, plants, service is fast and easy Oh yeah they have a food court with great hot dogs and with a drink its $1.50. Cant beat that.

My mother told the cashier nicely she did not want to be solicited. He asked her if she wanted to go up in membership anyway, and would not shut up asking her why. When she told him again she didnt want the sales spiel and that she just wanted to go home he told her to not come in his line again. Im telling everyone I know about this piss poor service.

Costco is Costco, it really comes down to the representatives they have at each location and the items in stock at each location. Lines seems to go faster here but sometimes they dont have the same items Im looking for, so sometimes I end up going to the other location.

Im very disappointed that Costco doesnt have better concerns for the disabled. Both Costcos in my area never have motorized carts available for those of us who cant walk long distances. They are all used, or down for charging.

Got in and out with ease. Many lines open to make sure people can be taken care of faster which is a huge plus. Can spend a lot of time walking around and end up with some extra stuff in your cart.

Cheapest dinner in town! (Get pre-cooked chicken or something from the food court) Unfortunately this Costco stopped carrying individual bottles of craft beer, so I have to take off a star.

Great place! I absolutely love their Tequila prices and strongly recommend that you purchase their signature brand of Kirkland Golden Margarita. 13/10 would come back to these.

Parking and shopping much better than in Reno. If only I didnt get accosted by Direct TV everytime I go to the store. I take a different route just to avoid them.

Awesome place. The worst: you cant pay with credit card. Sometimes I find incredible products and when I want to buy them again I dont find them anymore.

Its your typical Costco. If you like Costco youll like this location. Its a newer store that is large and has all of what you expect at and from Costco.

Less crowded, cleaner, with friendlier employees than the Reno costco. They always have great stuff, and it is in a convenient, easy to get to location.
