Costco is Costco. I had an extremely rude employee who literally mowed in front of me as I was looking at something as she mumbled a rude comment. Initially I thought it was another customer. I was a bit shocked when I asked her if she was an employee. She said yes and I told her it was extremely rude what she did, she argued. When I asked her name, she in an extremely condescending manner held her name badge up and proceeded to tell me there are cameras all over. I did report to a supervisor and have no clue whether or not she was really dealt with...had she been my employee she would at minimum been sent home, and at minimum suspended although I would have most likely terminated her for treating a customer so rudely and disrespectfully. I wonder how many other customers she does this too and if this is the quality of what Costco wants to hire shame on them. Oh and apparently she did do it to another customer who was nodding her head yes as I confronted the employee. Worst part - not a single apology from the employee or the supervisor. You know, a simple acknowledgment to say I apologize for this.

Worst Costco Ive ever seen. I used to be a member of the Costco in Burbank which was a great place. I moved to this area and went to get my membership renewed and switched and couldnt even get anyone to wait on me. A woman named Patricia kept trying to get someone to help me and they were rude and refused to do it. I just wanted to get membership! One woman picked up her purse and went on break. Another told me Id just have to wait. I had already been waiting for a long time. While I was standing there I looked around and saw a small, unattractive, messy store. The customer service area was a disaster area and everyone was scowling and there were a lot of customer service people standing around not waiting on customer. Even better, I heard a man and his wife having trouble returning an expensive television. I walked out. I also noticed I can get a better deal on gas by shopping at Vons and using my Vons card at the gas pump. No more costco for me.

This staff knows what they are doing, take pride in servicing their clients and will not lead you astray. Even when following-up for your free tire-rotations, service without profit, they give you the same top-knotch service as when you buy all four tires from them. The only place I know of that gives nitrogen-air-filled tires for better wear. William was a wonderful service provider to me, but I can also recommend the whole staff from what I have seen during the 18-years I have been in Santa Clarita. A great service provider to the area, and great deals to boot!

A typical Costco. Wifes car had blowout returning from LAX and we didnt want to chance the 100 mile drive home on the temporary spare. Store didnt have a replacement tire so I drove my car to Van Nuys, picked up a new tire and returned to the store to have it mounted. Took a long time to get the work done because they were very busy in the tire center. Tire center guy was very nice. Long line at food court moved slowly and eating area was trashy with lots of dirty tables.

I am not a member. SO expensive as a single person, especially one who is a complete vegan. BUT, I get all my prescriptions filled here, and everyone who works in the pharmacy is delightful, so its always nice to stop by to pick up a renewal. As well, Ive gotten to know just about all the regulars who work in this Costco -- which is caddy-corner to where I live -- and its nice to go into this store just to see everyone and get and give hugs.

Went directly to Costco after AAA jumped the dead battery in my car. I was told they do not install batteries. I am a capable woman, so asked for a wrench to take cables off. Make a long story short, it took several tries to get the appropriate tools, takeout the dead battery and replace with new. Was there for about an hour. Warning to all....buy the battery and take it home to install if you do not carry correct tools with you.

Very bad service. Alec was having a very bad service. Was being rude and not giving his full 100% customer service. Not sure if because he got upset because his supervisor attended us first then others. His supervisor supposedly told us 7-10min for our pizza to be ready when its been 20mins. Liz the supervisor didnt know what we were talking about. Dont supervisor need to be on top of their workers??? Wasting my time. Very rude.

useless place. Could not return an item because I did not have my deceased fathers Costco card. I dont know what the company would have wanted me to do. 100% useless customer service that does not supply any help. "oh you are going to have to become a member". Why? Why do I have to spend $60 when you can just look up old customers in the data base. Flawed system. If a 0 star rating was possible; this place would deserve it.

WORST COSTCO EVER!! First of all, they werent even open by 10am like they SHOULD be. Second, their staff is VERY unprofessional. The manager "Warren" should be fired and should actually reconsider who they put on their phones. I shouldnt expect an attitude from people who cant get their job done correctly and on TIME for that matter. Youre better off shopping at FOOD 4 LESS or Smart and Final! -______-;

Amazingly friendly employees...very attentive. Only exception is that some of the food samplers forget that youre actually a paying member. Also, many items that they have stocked that you become accustomed to and dependent on, suddenly become discontinued. I am sure there is no malicious intent towards any specific individuals, its just quite frustrating.

Weve gone here for years and the customer service is consistently exceptional. But my favorite part is that the employees clearly like each other and there is a great sense of teamwork. My only complaint is that they dont have the organic section that a lot of Costcos have and I dont know why...seems this community would totally go for that!

All Costcos are awesome for certain things. This one isnt my regular Costco and is set up rather differently so I always get a little discombobulated here. But its close to the freeway (14) and convenient to stop at on my way home from visiting my friends who live near this store. Sales are great if the items you normally use are on sale.

The Santa Clarita Costco has been one of my favorite places to shop for a long time, the staff is very friendly and helpful anything I can about all Costco is they rearrange where the merchandise says I dont understand why they do this but thats my only frustration other than that I love Cosco, and I love saving money.

Their staff is a little too unprofessional for my liking. Its also really small and they were not open at the time they have posted on the door. Ive only been here the one time but it was a bad experience and maybe the guy was having a bad day. I wont go to this one again though. I love Costco, just not this one.
