Want to start off as I am a long time loyal member of Costco. I shop there every week and have always been very happy over all. But yesterday I had the most repulsive experience. I purchased 6 roasted chickens for a party I was hosting. As I started removing the chickens from the sealed containers I noticed several half alive flies on the chickens. as I continued to remove the rest of the chickens from the containers I discovered over 15 dead flies stuck to the bottom of the chickens they where hard and black and had apparently been cooked with the chickens. Needless to say I was sickened and had to throw away the chickens. I decided not ever buy chickens at Costco again and when I return to the store I plan on letting management know. Please be aware and check the chickens before you eat them as they could be a health hazard. Sad because they are the best tasting chickens and I will miss them. Trust me I am the type of person that does not complain but thought I should warn everyone.

Dont get Direct TV here! They tell you that youll only pay $50 for the first year but thats a lie. After a few months my bill went up to $80 dollars and when I complained they told me that my discount was only good for 3 months. Why didnt they tell me before I signed up?! Not only that but they gave me the run around and wouldnt help me even though they claimed they would. Not only that but they upgraded my package without my consent thus cancelling my deal for the 50, well thats what they had told me may have happened. Should have told me from the start and I really regret getting their service and Costco shouldnt allow them to do business here! When my contract is up Im taking my money elsewhere and will not give these buffoons any more of my money.

I asked a staff member named Marie. Where the gift card movie tickets were.Apparently this is a very stupid question. Because she gave me the most lame look. Instead of just telling me. She proceeded to point. Then she took off like a speed walker. I tried to follow however was not able to keep up. Due to all the holiday crowds. Thank u Marie for being so nice! It's because of us ( customers) that u even have a job! Better be careful you may rub to many people the wrong way. And you may not have a job.

Prices are great, selection is good, and I also love the convenience of the food court. The food court accepts bank cards and Costco credit cards. The lines can get long at typical mealtimes but they move pretty quick. I have never had a negative experience here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I come here often and have never seen anyone treated rudely or ignored. Its right off the freeway. Anyone can use the food court but you need the above tender or cash.

I have been shopping here since this location opened and a member for over 20 years. Over the past year, the customer service at this store has been getting progressively worse. Today was the last straw. I am so tired of the lack of basic customer service skills. It seems to me that the staff hates working here and has the attitude that the customers are nothing more than an annoyance. My business membership expires in October and will NOT be renewed. Good riddance, Costco.

I love Costco and I love this particular store! The selection this store has is a great one and I love window shopping (without the windows). I used to work in Rancho so it made a perfect place for business supplies and filling up on gas before heading home. I have the business membership which gives me 2% cash back at the end of the year on all purchases (with the exception of gas) so the membership usually pays for itself!

They need to work on their customer service skills. Ariana at check had a nasty attitude when my wife asked for boxes. Ariana snapped at at my wife and told her to "hold on" while she was helping the cashier scan the items in the cart. Those were the FIRST words between us to start the transaction! This the third incident in the past month at this store!

I always LOVE Costco. This one is a good size. Has Bakery, Meat, Deli sections, and a Gas Station with the lowest prices in the area. We met the new manager last year on his first week when we needed an adjustment on our receipt...he was GREAT. HINT: Stay away from Sundays (big families with kids), go between 2 and 4pm during the week for less crowds.

This is a great Costco to go to. It has a large food court outside and this is usually the place where we get our pizzas for big parties. With most Costcos everybody seems really friendly, lots of lighting, and theyre exchange policy and return policy is one of the best around. I dont think this is as crowded as others Costco that Ive been to.

Have come here many times. Can be crowded as any other Costco. Outside food court makes it so anyone can buy a cheap lunch, snack. They need to sell plain easy-ups as well as team based ones. And they have reduced the amount of plus size clothes they used to have in store. But still best prices for a lot of things, best return policy as well.

Great customer service inside the store but always horrible service with the pizza pick up and food court you have to wait in two different long 20 min lines and staff there take forever but yet rush u to walk up to the registers Whats the point of calling in a pizza order if u still have to wait in both long lines

Only bad part is the lines. You would think there would be less people since they are buying stuff like toilet paper 1000 rolls at a time. Ha ha. Customer service is always top notch, and cheap food at the food court is nice too. Good selection of regular items with some special items or extra discounts regularly.

As always shopping at Costco is an ADVENTURE with new products and competitive prices. The employees are the " Best" as demonstrated by Justin who was very helpful and considerate when we choose the wrong electronic card. He went above and beyond helping us with the change. Costco is always great. I have no problems with the store. But the customers there are idiots who drive their carts in the middle of the aisle and block everyones way, which slows everyone else down even more. Not to mention all the lazy folks who leave their carts in the middle of a parking spot.

When getting a hot dog and soda here, my grandma and I saw a cosco worker go up to the soda machine and take a rag off his neck and ring it out in there and rinsed it with the water. Extremely disgusting!!!!!!! Cosco please make sure your employees arent contaminating food areas.

Usually well stocked, even when the store is really crowded, (including sale items). Employees are helpful, even if you need help with heavy items like water. The store is clean and so are the restrooms. If there is a mess and you tell someone, it gets taken care of right away.
