Just to be clear, this is Costco Business Center and not Costco Warehouse, so dont expect to find the usual food court, gas center, tire station, photo station, pharmacy, optometry, apparel section, or entertainment section (TVs, sound systems, computers). Everything here is geared towards small businesses and restaurants! If youre just an everyday Costco member like me, youll be happy to find that most of the fresh produce and house goods are sold at this location as well! The refrigerated section is HUGE. Dairy, fresh produce, and meat are all around this area. Because this is Costco Business Center, meat cuts are higher quality (though a bit pricier). And best of all, outside of the refrigerated area are thick, warm jackets offered to Costco members. Say whaaaaaat? Because its still new, theres not heavy traffic yet. In fact, Im not sure how crowded itll get just because theres no food court or Costco gas and the HB Costco isnt too far away. Still a solid location though if you ever needed to do grocery shopping! (Plus its right next to Walmart, even more savings!)

For the last 2 years I have only gotten gas at various Costco gas stations in the Orange County area. I recently took my car in to my mechanic of 12 years because it felt like the transmission was slipping. After extensive (and expensive) troubleshooting, the root of my cars problem was deemed to be excessive and potentially unlawful amounts of debris in the gasoline I consistently use". My mechanic was so confident in the assertion of his findings that he put it in writing. I also have receipts and bank statements from the same time period proving my unwavering loyalty to Costco gasoline. Its much cheaper for a reason; the old adage you get what you pay for. Reviewing my legal rights and options. If this also happened to you, please contact a lawyer as a case of this magnitude could potentially have the classification for class action status.

I love, love, love this location! Ive never seen it crowded and Ive never been further back in line to pay than right behind the current customer. Be aware that, besides the customer service desk, there are none of the ancillary Costco service available here - no pharmacy, optometrist, audiologist, tire sales, food court, gas station, etc. Also, the selection of goods stocked is more than a little different from those on offer at most "regular" Costcos. On the other hand, if you need whole lambs or suckling pigs, or whole but cut-up goats, or pretty much any foodstuff you can imagine in #10 cans, this is your place! Its certainly worth a visit from any Costco aficionado.

If people only knew that you could get almost alllll of the things that you could get at the regular Costco stores, this place would be much busier. Since its a Costco Business Center, they dont sell things like clothing, rotisserie chickens, prepared deli foods, the hot dogs & soda combo, and prepared pizza, but they do sell a lot of other items that you wouldnt find at other Costco locations. This place doesnt have the long lines that you find at the neighboring Costco locations. Shhhhhhh...dont tell anyone!

The business Costco is very clean. My sister and I go here sometimes because its not crowed like the other Costco. We ask if they sale the Chinese sausages witch they dont. Today I go I see it and I buy it. They do keep in mind what customers request. The sale is ongoing here to there are various items on sale at different times. There are lots of school snacks here for kids in big packages, chips, drinks, juices, and ect. Happy shoppers!!

Terrible hours:closes at 6pm Monday thru Friday and closes at 4pm on Saturdays. Oh yes, now even MORE worse-closed on Sundays. How do they expect people to shop at this Costco with such lousy hours of operation for customers/shopping!!!! Just because its oriented towards a business IS NOT A VALID REASON!!!! THERE IS NO VALID REASON!!!!!

When this Costco first opened, it was only open to people with a Costco business card. Now they have opened the doors to everyone with any Costco membership. This Costco is a Costco business center. So with that in mind, it is suited to more of people with small businesses. Also this store does not have a food court.

This new Costco isnt a regular Costco so dont expect a food court, bakery, pharmacy, or optometrist . . . . But do expect commercial restaurant equipment like ovens fryers, fridges, and freezers plus bulk packages of every drink, tea, or soda you can imagine like Jarritos the Mexican soda, not to mention bulk meat!

The Costco store I went to yeasterday was the Wholesale Warehouse where you can buy things for businesses, the have things like you want to have a janitoral business, mops, mop buckets, towels, green back sponges,vacuums, dust cloths, open signs, mats and more and they also have candy in bulk and more

Great place for drinks and food that is frozen. I love shopping there. Specially when things are on sale. And sometimes things there are on sale even it is not mentioned on the website or the booklet they have. So I recommend to check things there every now and then.

This place is amazing! Its location is superb. It surprisingly has all the good stuff as well from regular Costco Stores. If only it had more entrances to get in though. Competing with Wal-Mart driveway as well is a little stuffy at times though.

Plenty of parking! There is never any line at the checkout nor is there the regular shopping cart traffic in the aisles. Have most of the things the regular Costco has and some things you cant find at the regular. This is my go to Costco now

I love Costco except for the crowds. But that doesnt exist here. It is always empty here.The majority of the items here are catered to business owners but non-business owners still go here to buy produce, snacks, kitchenware, & etc.

Convenient location. Has items that are not available at regular costco such as industrial grade level fridge, microwave, conventional oven, etc. Not too crowded due to not having other departments.

Nice store, but doesnt have food to go. Such as pizzas, foot long hot dogs, ect. Doesnt seem to have as much varieties, as the location in Irvine.

Carries a lot of the same product you can find in a regular Costco store, but its usually much less crowded and checkout can be a lot quicker.

This is a business orientated costco. Having said that if you are into cooking they have things that you cant find in the regular warehouse.
