I recently purchased a car from Lux Cars. It was a clean dealer. Very nice cars offered for sale. The salesman Keisy was very nice and helpful. Did not seem annoyed or anything even though he stayed after they closed to make sure i could get this car! He walked me through the whole process let me test the car and answered every question i had. He deserves a raise or promotion. The loan process was a bit of a pain but thats a given. I had a great experience besides dealing with the Manager/Owner. He was very rude and not friendly at all. Made it seem like i was wasting his time when i just drove 500 miles for this car. If it wasnt for the sales man being so friendly and me really wanting this specific car, i would have walked out. I was told i would get a 3 month warranty when i inquired about the car, but last minute the owner told me i could not get one on this car because it is a bmw and a sports car. Doesnt make much sense considering half the cars on the lot were sporty BMWs. They were very stiff on the price, i know i overpaid a little, but to me the car was one of a kind so i took the bullet on that one. I would consider buying another car here, i just hope management can be a little more friendly and considerate to customers. Remember the customer is always right.

Worst company ever!! Purchased a 2009 Cadillac Escalade over the internet. Told me it was in excellent condition. The salesman personally looked over the vehicle and assured me that it was a great vehicle with no issues. It was also car faxed and nothing came up. They delivered it and I immediately noticed the front end was off. After looking at it figured out it was in an accident and they did not disclose it to me. The front bumper has runs in the paint, the drivers side of the hood does not close all the way, there are also dents in the front of the hood and the fender alignment is off. Also the drivers side head light lens is faded and the passengers isnt which leads me to believe the lens was replaced with another used one. When I called they were evasive and not willing to admit the issue. I am not a body man or car expert and yet it took me less than 5 minutes to figure out it was hit at one point. I have been going back and forth for months. Shipped the vehicle with no manual, no rear hitch cover and no extra fob. All of which they said they would send me. Over two months and still waiting for the fob. Damage to the vehicle was going to cost $800. They offered $250 and even that was a struggle to get from them. Very untrustworthy company.

Dont expect to be sold on anything if you enjoy the sales process. Stopped in to look at a car I was potentially interested in. Had to ask a salesman to come out and look at it with me. While he paced around bored looking at other cars I inspected it myself. After about 5 minutes and not one bit of insight on product knowlege he says so you gonna finance it? haha In simpler terms I probably could have been talked into the car that day even though there were a few more flaws than expected. But without any effort (pulling out the car, going over some neat features, building some personal rapport) and then the old I just heard my manager call me come in and grab me if you need me routine. I WAS OUT Im not saying this isnt a good car dealership and Im not going to name anybody personally. Im just sharing my personal experience there in hopes that the owner may see this and implement a proper sales process because it felt very 80s used car salesman Dont pre-judge or pre-qualify your customers.

I got a great deal (best I could find online) on exactly the car I wanted. My dealings with the dealership were quick & pleasant from the first call to the close of the deal. Having never dealt with interstate transport of a vehicle, however, I WILL say that in retrospect, I wish I had arranged shipping myself. After arrangements were made, I found a much better price & estimated delivery time-frame from a very well known national company. Shipping of my car took too long and the process was not well communicated. I purchased on 3/15/14 but didnt take possession until 4/3/14. Additionally, I am STILL waiting for their affiliate title company to contact me regarding my tags. (Carina, the title agent at Lux, however, was very responsive.) Overall, thanks to Val (the dealer) and Carina for a great deal & mostly good communication. I remain THRILLED with my car!

BUYERS BEWARE! The people at Lux Cars Chicago do NOT deal in good faith. Their ads are misleading and their vehicle descriptions are deceptive. They pass you off and around their staff, without providing honest answers to questions. They insist on talking with you over the phone rather than responding to questions or concerns via email, so there is little or no evidence trail of their complicity. Their so-called "warranty" is good for nothing. Despite detailed documentation from an expert third party, they refuse to own up to and take responsibility for their mistakes. Please: be extremely careful when dealing with these people. In my experience, this dealership and its cars are wolves in sheeps clothing.--Pastor Bruce Joffe

My husband and I were looking for a particular "year, make and model" vehicle. WE happened to find Lux Cars Chicago on the internet and contacted them over the phone. From our initial conversation with Lux Cars Chicago (Alex Petlakh) we felt like we were valued potential customers. Alex displayed honesty, integrity and friendliness from the beginning of the process of buying our vehicle to the end. We were treated as if we were friends or family. Everyone at Lux Cars Chicago were simply wonderful. We got the vehicle we wanted with zero stress or hassle! There is nod doubt we will continue to give Lux Cars Chicago our business when purchasing a vehicle. What a great Team of People!

Read some reviews, decided to give it a chance. Was very surprised! I think they are trying to go above and beyond for potential customers. There are so many choices out there. I wanted to get an oil change for my Infinity and ended up trading it in for a VW fully loaded Passat Diesel. The entire process was seamless and amazing. I had financing ready to go through my bank, but they even beat that! No idea what the bad reviews are all about. I suppose you cant please everyone all the time, however as far as car buying goes, it being a bit shadowy, this place is a ray of sunshine!

It was the best buying experience ,I test drove few cars ,I found a really nice 2008 Mercedes-Benz S550 4MATIC with very low miles. I didnt even have to negotiate too much ,the price was very close to my target price and they gave me a very reasonable price for my trade. I thought I would kill the whole Saturday at the dealership as usual. I was out in no time ,I was shocked with how fast they got the financing approved and paperwork done, and got my new car cleaned and washed for me. if you are looking for a car and want a fast courteous easy buy, check out LUX CARS CHICAGO
