JUST UPDATED MY REVIEW, MUST READ!!!! I took my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport into have them install factory protective body side moldings on it. I had to take it in 3 times for this. The first 2 times they put them on wrong. The third time they damaged my vehicle. Estimated damage is from $1000.00 to $500.00 to repair the damage they did to it. They searched through all my property that was in my vehicle. Without my permission and I had to file a police report about that. I am still fighting with them, a year later trying to get them to pay for that damage they did to it there. WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP, BUYER BEWARE!!!! I did reach out to you Peter Cole and your staff who only wanted to pay me. $250.00 for the damage you did to my vehicle. That was estimated between $1000.00 to $500.00. In the three estimates you asked me to get for you.There is no way anyone would think that was fair and just, except you people at Libertyville Mitsubishi. Reaching out to you was a waste of my time. Now I have to take you to court to get you to pay for the damages you did. I believe you have dragged this out intentionally. You sent me your adds and service requests. When I told you I did not want them from you. You called me when I told you not to. In my opinion, you have harassed me. In order to get me to settle for less. When the estimates for the damages are fair. I would never do business with you again. I would recommend no one does business with you. After reading what you have done to a disabled veteran like me. You gave me a good deal on my Outlander Sport. But the dealings I had with you after. Left me with nothing but regrets from that point on!

This dealership has wonderful people willing to help you find a car that fits your needs and budget.I work late. Walter in financing worked on my credit application while I was at work. Manager Jeff worked on getting my new car washed up and cleared off (it was winter with snow). They both stayed after closing to help me buy my car. Walter and Jeff moved my stuff from my old car to my new car. They were personable, funny, and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience EVER! I dont know many people that find buying a as much fun as I had. This is Libertyville Mitsubishi, real people working for you! There is no secret pricing, the costs and features are listed on the windows of everything in stock. I love Mitsubishi cars from the first one I owned to my new car I just purchased. They go to the "repairs shop" for new brake pads, new tires, and routine upkeep just like any other vehicle on the road. They offer extremely generous, no additional cost, warranties on their cars and I personally believe it is because they have faith that their cars are not going to fall apart. Mitsubishi vehicles hold their value, as long you take care of its routine oil changes and tune-ups. The finance dept. does not try to scam money out of you like some dealerships. The managers are friendly and happy to answer questions. I hope you consider the idea of trying this dealership. I think you will be very pleased with your experience and your new vehicle!

The Libertyville Mitsubishi service department is the best I have ever been too. I had a great feeling when I called and made my appointment a week ago. On the phone the service person was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. Today when I went to the service center, the service person, Arron S. made everything easy. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make me comfortable and answer my questions. The waiting room was really nice and had the most comfortable chairs I had ever sat in. There was coffee to drink for free and there were two vending machines, one with drinks the other with snacks. The waiting room was spotless as was the Womans bathroom. The service personal worked on my car were fast and Arron came out to let me know twice what was going on. Then my surprise, they washed my car. I knew I made the right choice when I bought my Lancer Mitsubishi and I know I made the right choice in picking Libertyville Mitsubishi Service department to be my service department. Thank you everyone who signed me in, serviced my car and to the wonderful lady that I paid my bill too. You all are super fantastic and I look foreword to seeing you all again for the routine care of my car. I honestly did not know that a service department and their staff could make you happy and comfortable, but that is just what this service department did.

I wish I could list all of the issues Ive had with this place. I bought a new 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage (in 2014) and had been taking my car here for oil changes. First, it takes them two hours to do a plain oil change sometimes. Then, they will sell you anything they can to get more money. My main problem is because I am a woman, they will LIE straight to my face to sell me something. I went in for an oil change, they said I needed brakes. They WAY over quoted me on price so I took it elsewhere and got all my brakes and roters replaced for half the price. I went back to Mitsubishi for another oil change and they told me again I needed brakes. BUT I JUST GOT THEM ALL REPLACED 3000 MILES EARLIER! So I took my car for a second opinion just to make sure I wasnt going crazy, and they said my brakes basically looked new. Which means Mitsubishi lied right to my face. This same visit they said I needed a cabin air filter. So I had them replace it no big deal. When I left that day my air conditioner all of a sudden sounded like a broken leaf blower! It didnt make a noise before they messed with it. So I took it back and the service guy said I need a new air fan and blower motor. What could they have possibly done to my car when they were supposed to be changing a filter? I will not be returning.

F*in terrible experience. Drove up there, looked at a few cars, a black salesperson came out and I told him what I was looking for. I pointed out a few cars and mentioned I had 4k downpayment. Every car I pointed at he said take it now, drop off the money tomorrow no problem. EVERY CAR, take it, take it, take it. Sorry dude but I been here for five minutes and your trying to sell me on a five year payment commitment. I didnt even test drive any of them!!! Add to it, I went inside and asked him to print me off spec sheets for the cars I was interested in so I could compare my options along with other dealerships ive dealt with. He refused to do so, oh its all online just do it that way. I assume he was trying to save time and sell me that second. Plus, he brought out his manager to help sell me. REALLY high pressure sales. After he refused to print off information and pushed to get me to buy that second, I f*ing walked out. Ill NEVER goto this dealership again. Terrible experience. I wish I could get some sort of compensation for wasting my time and for dealing with such a pushy sales person!! Maybe then I wouldnt give you guys such a terrible review!!! A$$H0L3S!!!!
