I came here because i had gone through 5 cars in the past year. I told the staff all of my hardships, that i was only trying to go to school but i was having no luck so far because my school was in chicago and i could not afford to live on campus. They told me "no problem well set you up with a good working car that is certified and save money on gas". It sounded really great! They told me the car was certified and so i trusted that the car would be in great working condition so I let them sell me a car that was way over priced because i thought it would be working like a champ since apparently it was certified by their "expert mechanics". I took the car off the lot and drove it for two days before the check engine light eventually turned on, eventually smoke came out of the engine. Luckily i was able to bring it back to car outlet but they told me that the mechanic was on vacation so it would be a couple days. so they gave me three options to suck it up, to wait for the mechanic, or buy a more expensive car. so i chose to buy a more expensive car. they helped me but wasnt really to enthusiastic about how they treated me or about how they lied about the car being certified. obviously whoever certified it didnt do their job right.

les recomiendo ir a car outlet donde tienen muy buenos carros, los vendedores los atienden muy bien, tambien te regalan una garantia por 12 meses o 12000 millas, cuando yo pregunte en otros lugares me vendian la garantia en mas de 1000 dls, y ahi fue donde me convenci, compre un mini cooper 2008 y funciona muy bien no me ha dado ningun problema. les recomiendo que visiten car outlet, tambien les recomiendo que pregunten por adrian perez, es muy buen vendedor y los atiende muy bien, saldran muy satisfechos y con auto nuevo no se arrepentiran lo digo por experiencia propia

Dia que faye en elpago no dejavan de yamarme el carro tenia muchas millas para lo que costo ya lo regrese tres dias despues me vino avuscar alguien de la financiera personal mente enojado queriendo pelear jamas en mi vida me buenbo a meter a esos de car. Estos dealers son los piores alrededores de chicago.. Todos sus carros estan bien corridos con mas de 100 mil millas y chocados si vas atras por el garage vas a mirar todos los carros que estan arreglando.. I find it fairly shady that this dealership lists cars online with no price and no mileage. Attempt to contact them over the internet and they try desperately to get your phone number to offer deals, but refuse to answer even the most basic question about the car including how much it costs and the odometer and would give no justifiable reason as to why Alarm bells were going off in my head, so I cut communication with them. We live in the internet age and theres no viable excuse for that.

I had to hire an attorney to settle several disputes with these people. I am still waiting for them to reimburse me money that was paid to them that should not have been paid. Now they are ignoring my attorney! What type of replicable place does that? We have since found out they do not report to the Better Business Bureau and they do not report to the major credit bureaus like we were told. Apparently! So I would strongly advise not to buy from them.

Worst dealership out there in joliet please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE i strongly recommend you to not go there to buy a car, Ive been calling for like about 6 times now. So I got curious and went outside the dealership across the street and call more times and all I saw was them looking at the phone ringing and thats all what type of training do these salesmen have?
