Hello to our new car dealership that we would rate # 1 hands down among car dealerships that we have ever visited, I called the dealership on a Monday or Tuesday and I spoke to Khalil S. and I explained to him a little bit about the terrible situation that my husband and I were in from another Nissan Dealership in St. Charles, IL On E. Main St. and I hope from the above info i gave you know who I am talking about and PLEASE never go there to spin a dime these people are not right at all, Any way when I told Khalil about our problem he told me he could not make any promises but the 1st thing he wanted to do was speak to his Manager and call me back and he called me back so quick and my 1st thought was they cant help us like so many other dealers had already told us, but the news was come in and let us see what if anything could be done and of course Khalil had questions he needed to ask me also and then he asked if we could come in that same day and I told him we would come in that Saturday which was Nov, 1.2014 and he said okay I will see you and your husband then, and we know how they can pressure you to come in as soon as possible believe me their was no pressure from him he was satisfied with Saturday morning and again he told me that he couldnt make us any promises and that was fine by us, We were just happy that someone told us they will do their best for our situation ,which was we had so much negative equity that the previous Nissan dealer had put us in we had been told over and over their was not way that we could be helped other than pay off the old loan and start over and this just didnt make since to us, We were put in a 5yr lease that we thought was a purchase all because we trusted Nissan of St. Charles to treat us right and be honest since we had shopped their before this is why we went back a 2nd time which was the biggest mistake we had ever made in life, Once we arrived at Bill Kay Nissan every one was very friendly and smiled and didnt act like they were THIRSTY for customers we really had a great experience ,and they were able to help us out of a very bad situation they put us into another vehicle so when we pay for this car at the end of the purchase term we would own our car did you hear me we would OWN our car without paying any more money, Khalil and the manager and dont forget the finance director made it happen for us I am sure they will make it happen for you, If you dont believe me take a chance and go there or even call like I did and see this Nissan Team really cares about their customers and I think they go above and beyond their jobs they really care about us and again our Thanks to Khalil by way of Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove,IL.. What is the one activity everyone dreads? Buying a car! The mere thought of it makes must people feverish. People who know me understand I can deliver a level of scrutiny that most would call aggressive. I dont give positive reviews often as it seems customer service is a lost art and nobody offers the amount of service that the customer deserves. I accept a job with in my company and had to pull off a last minute move to Denver. I decided to look into getting a better vehicle both conducive to my move and the new geographical location. I worked with several pre-owned lots first. Dont do it! They promise the world to get you in the door and completely go back on their word. After several hours of negotiating and arm wrestling I was so insulted my both the sales experience and the value offered for my 5 year old car I was defeated. I made one last ditch effort and considered a lease. At this point Ive done several hours of research and negotiating. I was in no mood for BS and the "game" of car sales. I was a sales trainer in a past life and my best friend was in the car business for years so I know the drill. I requested a quote and received a call from Khalil the Internet Sales Manager. When he called I laid out my circumstance and what I want to accomplish. I explained the process thus far and asked to get straight to the deal and no BS. Khalil was straight up from the get go and took time to conduct a needs assessment and understand my intentions. He was friendly, professional and not pushy. I reached the dealership and had the car ready to go with the deal in place. He gave me a really strong offer from the start. I asked them to modify a few elements of the contract and they countered with no hesitation. I was in and out with a brand new SUV (lease) and they gave me a fair deal and great service. In addition, I had an usually great experience with the Finance Manager, Chris Danka. He didnt try to push anything on me and made the process seamless. As a side note just one of the most authentic and nice men Ive had the pleasure meeting. Im unsure of the quality of the rest of the team. I can only speak on my experience and the people I worked with. What I will say is this was by far my best car buying experience, period. They not only earn my business for life but my family and friends as well. Thank you to Khalil, Chris and Justin for the great experience. Never in my life would I ever think of writing a POSITIVE review for a dealer but this was team was the exception and well deserved gratitude.

Save your self time and dont even bother going to this dealership. I was in talk with sales rep Luis Rangel, I simply asked him if they do price match, I forward him the email quote I got from the other dealership. Luis replied to me stating that yes they do price match when can I come in. So I told him that I will come by yesterday (August 24). I drove almost 1hr and 15min to the dealership. When I arrive at the dealership. I was greeted by elderly gentlemen who I told that I have an appointment with Luis. Mind you that while I was driving to the dealership I got email from Luis confirming my appointment at 6. The older gentleman was all confused and seems like he doesnt even know who Luis is. So apparently Luis was not in for the day. None of the 4 people their had any clue who Luis is. I was not happy with that. So I preceeding with giving them the stock number of the car and told them this is what price Luis said they will price match. After being at the dealership for an hr.... Which I dont know what was talking so long.....a big gentlemen come back with paper and shows me what the numbers are. They price was off by couple thousand from what I was told. The sales manager come to us and tells us that you can get the price you were quoted but its with the incentives. Well if I would of known I would not have wasted my time to drive to the dealership. Luis Rangel should have told me about that when he told me that they will price match. To sum it up, avoid this dealership, they are big liars, I will go to other dealership that back their words.
