Do NOT waste your money buying cars from Chicago Motor Cars. Salespersons are very nice and make a deal with you until you go to sign the paperwork and meet Sam. He is rude, unprofessional, bad attitude, unhappy and tries to takes every penny from you by creating bogus charges. He likes customers to bow to him for buying a car from him. How would you like to go a dealer and spend thousands of dollar and then get mistreated by their financial coordinator (like Sam at Chicago Motor Cars)? Unfortunately, everyone is afraid of him at the dealership including salespersons and president of the company. Maybe he is silent partner and they do NOT want customers to know that their financial person of the business is the boss. He decided to break the deal after asking him to fix a simple broken speaker cover. He got mad and basically asked me to leave and told me I should be happy for getting a great deal. I am assuming that is the culture of their business to have Sam intimidate and mistreat you and get you to sign bogus charges or maybe their cars have problems and they do not want you to know. Sam gets mad when you ask him to explain the charges. I am assuming he has something to hide. All of these are RED flags for you not to buy cars from them. It is sad to see Chicago Motor Cars get bad reputation because of Sam. I like all other people that work there, especially Omar and Phil. But, all it takes is one person to change and destroy the company’s reputation. I would never go back there. Please remember, there are always other honest dealership and places you could buy a car. Do NOT be tricked and think that this is the only place you could buy cars.

*One customers testimony to fully inform any future customers* Parin Shah, the owner of Chicago Motor Cars, has the most arrogant attitude I think I have ever seen from a used cars salesman, but... you be the judge. Below is a post the owner of Chicago Motor Cars wrote on an auto forum website. Parin Shah “Thanks Guys again, like I tell everyone, I believe 99% of the dealers out there are liars, cheaters, & scumbags. I try to be different. Thank You again. I am a car nut myself. I love cars. It is amazing how big these online forums are! This world is small. My father built a business on (all word of mouth). Trying to follow his foot steps…..” Parin Shah, your father may have built a business on his word, but youre destorying a market with your mouth. Parin Shah is crooked, a liar and will say whatever he needs to just for a sale.

I purchased 2 vehicles from these guys the first deal was great. The second one was a scam I was sold a vehicle on false pretenses and have tried getting in touch with the sales manager and every time Im given the run around or sent to a number that rings and rings with no answer and never a response. When you make a deal with a dealership and they are supposed to provide you with information about said vehicle as part of a deal then after you leave the lot with the vehicle you find out what the vehicle was sold as was not the case and all you get is the run around is kinda ridiculous from a place that touts theit business as top end. Just a warning buyer beware...get everything in writing and signed by the person who is selling you a vehicle. Words and talk are cheap and theres lots of it at this location.

I drove through 3 states to get a car through them and since Ive bought it I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I had no 6th gear the first night, no interior lights, my sun visor fell on me while driving, my vents have broken, I have to replace some of my motor mounts, and there is a noticable boost leak on the vehicle, plus I have found spliced wiring in places with further checking it out at a dealer for the make of vehicle. I ended up buying a warranty back home for another 2 grand and with how his car is its going to get a lot of use. If I didnt drive for a living I wouldve brought the vehicle back.

After purchasing the car for my wife and bringing it home, I realized that the car did not have all the options that were stated on the internet in the Seller’s notes. The following morning, I returned to the dealership with the car and paperwork and showed the General Manager, Shadi, where they had listed options that were not on the car. He said that it was an honest mistake and wanted to correct the problem. He offered to give me my money back without any hassle. I returned the car and purchased a different car from Shadi that had the options that I wanted for my wife. My wife is very happy with the new car.

I sold my bosses car here, and they offered top dollar. I checked about 5 other places and Chicago Motor Cars were on par, but they were also the friendliest. If I was in the market for a used car, I would hit up Chicago Motor Cars and check out their collection. There are 2 locations across the street from each other. This one has good high end cars, the other location has upper tier supercars and exotics. I initially went into that side of the dealer, and they were nice and helped me and didnt judge.

Purchased my GTR from Chicago Motor Cars and have been very happy with the level of service received. I love that so many customers get together for driving events and rallys. It is a car dealership for enthusiasts that is owned and operated by enthusiasts. Most of the negative reviews seem to be coming from non customers. Dont listen to them. Buy with confidence and Join the CMC family. You will thank me....

Why did you delete my last comment? Stop calling me for my BMW Sam. Be careful with this dealership. They bought my friends broken BMW and than flipped it for $5k without fixing the issues. Make sure you take $4-5k off their prices. They purchased a vehicle recently with $10k on the table. Theyll also screw you in financing. Make sure you bring your own financing, because theyll add 2% minimum.

From the first time my wife and I walked up, we were greeted by a friendly face, the gentleman working answered all our questions we asked. We were shown all around the shop and shown all the work they put into their vehicles, needless to say we were very pleased. We purchased an 08 Chevy Tahoe. Really good Guys, we will do business with again. Highly Recommended!

I was in town from Cincinnati and stopped in with my son and his friend to take a look at a car for a friend. The person who was working taking pictures stopped what he was doing and walked around with us. He even took us in the back garage to see the rest of the cars they had. I will definitely be back when I am ready to make my next purchase.
