Just last week I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape with around 77k miles on it. The car was just as described on the website which I was pleased to find. I worked with Martin who was helpful and did not pressure us into anything which I appreciated. We were also given an extra key to the car at no extra cost when we showed concern that we would only be getting one with the car. However, this week I noticed something wrong with the brakes that I did not have a problem with during the test drive. I took it into the shop and they told me the front brakes needed to be replaced, entirely on the right (pad, caliper, rotor) as the right front brake caliper was locked up, and subsequently the left needed to be done too. I am pretty disappointed as we were told that the car passed an inspection weeks before we bought it and the mechanic told me that any decent mechanic who would have inspected this car would have noticed that the uneven wear on the brake pads needed attention and further investigation into the cause. Will be contacting AutoHouse Motors to ask them about this and why it wasnt noticed. Anyway, Im sure there is nothing they will do about it, so the brakes will be replaced at my expense to the tune of around $800 and hopefully that will be the last of repairs the car will need for awhile as it is in very good shape otherwise. If you are seriously considering buying a car here I would just recommend taking it to a mechanic youre familiar with to have it looked over before making the purchase. As always when buying a used car, BUYER BEWARE.

Auto House provided my wife and I with the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Martin and the rest of the Auto House team were extremely helpful through the whole buying process. I called a half hour ahead to test drive the Sienna that would eventually become mine, and it was freshly cleaned and waiting for me by the time that I got there. Throughout the purchasing process, no one was trying to push us into additional add ons or warranties. It was all very relaxed. Even after we took the car home, Martin was quick to respond to any questions we had (setting up license plates, etc.). A month later, I am happy to say that the car had no surprises to be found. 100% satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Worst place to do business at will be reporting it to better business bureau too . took advantage of my mom went there to buy a 06 honda odyssey van we made a deal for 10,000 out the door but could not finish the deal same day I was busy the next day and let my mom went by her self trusting gm troy made the deal with her would not do her wrong because she has no shopping experience and was there with little baby. numbers were 1700 more then what she agreed on general manager was troy backed off on his words when I followed up to ask why she paid so much more he dont recall saying or making any deal unfortunately it was all verbal Please dont shop there if you do... get all numbers agreed in writing It was a cash deal

I purchased an 2004 Black Audi 1.8t in December 2015 from Motor Auto House who was affiliated Auto House. I drove it before purchase it, It was smooth and he told me the car had never been in accident or ANYTHING at all. In next day, I purchased it and saw the dealer put the coolant in the coolant, it started to be suspicious about it. In a few days later, I go to my dads work (Nissan Star), they found out that the dealer put the wrong coolant with water IN the coolant! He lied to me and canceled my warranty without my permission for what i spent for the vehicle! All they do is sell you lemons and TAKE your money as well! This is STEALER business!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought XC90 couple weeks ago. My sales agent was Martin. He told me "we checked the car there is no problem. Srs check light is on he told be because of sensor. I trusted him and bought. After I bought car I found water behind passenger side. I called him and said I went to Volvo Mechanic not dealer, they told me I need to spend at 2.5k to car, when I said this to Martin he told me I will call boss and call you back, 2 weeks past until today he did not call back. Also I told him dont ship title to me, I would like to take from there. But he shipped because he doesnt want to face to face with buyer(its my idea)

I arrived after driving down there 1 hour and the doors were locked during standard business hours. Understandably confused I called Auto House and was told it was an inconvenient time for me to visit, and was asked to return another time. There has been no precedent for this and I feel very poorly treated by Auto House. I would not recommend Auto House to a friend or even a stranger if this is a common practice. I will not be returning to Auto House for any purchase in the future.

Went to check out a 2003 Honda Civic which I ended up buying. Sales associate was very helpful throughout the entire process and car was in great condition. Reasonable prices. They mailed my plates to me and a few months post-purchase, called to let me know they had found extra keys for my car that I could have. Really thoughtful, thorough and professionally run business. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great car at an affordable price!

We purchases a 2007 VW Jetta. They allowed us to take the car for a couple hours to VW to have it looked at. Then they worked with us on the price according to repairs (wear and tear) that needed to be addresses. Nothing major. It was just a pure coincidence that the owner attends the same church as we do. I HATE buying a used car, but would purchase another one from them. Thanks, David

Never going anywhere else! I came here to purchase a used Mercedes Benz, and I have to say, the car was very clean and the prices are more than fair! Highly professional customer service and a team of skilled professionals who are there to help you. I saw an ad on craigslist for a Volkswagen and called to verify its availability. Martin was very helpful. I got approved on the second attempt at an interest rate I can live with.
