Never will I do or recommend anybody to buy here, a few of the managers are very rude n very disrespectful, read that garbage they call a contract, I never saw a video, they ask for a $ 1000. More on a vehicle I didnt really want, the car never been touch it came from a rental dealership no kinda of service come to find out the car was in an accident but it was never report, Ive been stop twice by the police cause the right lite inside of the frame is missing that the lite wont stay in place unless I get custom work done, the car is a 2007 with 1110 miles on it , its only worth $3500. by the time 3yr is up Ive paid $20,000.for a 2007 Im a very honest person n I feel so taken advantage of because my credit, the say they been in business for 25yr n back then the business had a bad reputation n it still does the only thing is they have newer looking cars, I know several ppl bought from here n all there cars went bad I do alot of traveling n this vehicle is so unsafe I fear my life everytime Im driven it, n the service department isnt open on weekends n that manager is awful we almost got into, Im working on a plan with God, cause I dont think its fair that ppl are taken advantage of because we have bad credit my friend that recommend me over here has a 2009 Suv n she put less down on her vehicle n I put more on my 2007 ( $1800) n I really dont know what kind of vehicle it is,but I really didnt want it but we are paying the same payment n we have the same amount of time to pay it off, I replace back breaks,battery for the remote, I wish I can posted the tires on here so you can see them they looked like someone took a knife to them, the seat belt goes across my neck, not my shoulder, theres a whole in the driver side the passager side the armrest is missing the vehicle was never clean , nobody should be treated like this,, so be very careful before you purchase God be with the creators of this

Well I went in there to purchase a vehicle another one almost paid off this other vehicle with perfect credit the problem was the reason I didnt purchase the vehicle it because I asked about a back bumper that need to be prepared a little bit I was told that all they wont do that I was never offered any money off of the vehicle salesman told me he was going to have them look at it and let me know but all they did was brought the papers off for me to sign to take the vehicle he didnt have anybody look at it he didnt mention anything about it anymore sometimes theres things on your vehicles that do need to repair before you purchase them and something should be worked into the deal to get it done also the driver seat was in bad shape I didnt ask to have that repaired because I was going to put a carseat on it yes Ill go there again but I hope Id be treated just a little bit different and when Im told something they follow through with it I will be going back to look for another vehicle I hope my experience is different Richard Helton

Ive been having my car for a year now . I have not had any problems. As far as having a car serviced I think they are great. I mean you dont expect to buy a used car and think that there will ever be any problems with it. Everyone has been very accomadating and helpful . As far as customer service I dont think they have a bad attitude. Not everyone is going to sound extremely excited as soon as you call every single time. any who as far as I dont see people complaining if they do everything correctly on there side there should be no problems. takes people with bad credit to drive the car out that same day seem to have alot of bad things to say .. Maybe doing a little more research would have helped but I on the other hand have a car with credit that has only got up since I got my car. If you dont like it you could have gotten a brand new car else where.

I dropped off my car for service because it was shaking. The super nice girl at the service shop desk took my info and told me she would call me when my car was done. Hours went by and I decided to call the shop to check on my car. The same girl answer and I believe her name is Jamie said they had to do something else because my car needed some parts and they had to send my car to a Ford dealer to get fixed. She was so nice and explained everything to me. I told her I was having hard time getting to work and stuff and she told me she would try to get my car as soon as possible. She called me Friday to let me know my car was all done, she said what was done to it and she was just amazing :)

My husband who was a homeless Vietnam veteran purchased a car from this organization. My husband is recently deceased. This so called company will not accept payments from the VA government so I (his wife) could have transportation. No negotiation just take the car And these people are begging for referrals from the VA?! AIN"T HAPPENIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never in a million years recommend any one to go here.. there nothing but rude people in the billing area. I have had nothing but problems with them from day one. I cant wait to finish paying my car off so I dont have to deal with this aggravation again.. mind you its only this location. But still with that being said... TAKE YOUR MOMEY AND RUN!!!

Bought a car from them in late 2012 and have had problems with car ever since then, they dont provide a loner car. The service department is great. I hate that every time my car break down I have pay over $100 to get it towed to them because each j.d by rider Is owned by a different franchise. I would not purchase another car from them, or refer anyone.

Terrible customer service..!! These people dont care about nothing except $$$. It is difficult to make payments and if you are late you have to go in just to make the payments. They will take your car if you are just one day late. These people will lie to your face and then through the contract you signed in your face. Go to Rightway Automotive Credit!
