I stopped in to Joe Cotton Ford. I was interested in the 2017 Explorer. From the start, the experience was a pleasure ! There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Tom (manager) was great. He provided us with three different vehicles to drive. The experience demonstrated the difference in the three explorer packages we were interested in. The product knowledge of each vehicle model was impressive. Time was taken, with no pressure, as we drove each vehicle. We decided to purchase the 2017 Explorer Platinum. The choice was an easy and enjoyable experience. I have owned mostly European cars most of my driving life. (Mercedes, BMW, etc.) I was looking at a new Mercedes SUV. After many years of owning that brand, it was time to make a change. The new 2017 Explorer Platinum is a very impressive vehicle. Its features are very driver oriented. Service Department/Body Shop - Until recently I was not aware Joe Cotton Ford had an auto body repair shop and I am so happy they do. You would normally visit a dealership for auto repairs or to purchase a vehicle but Joe Cotton Ford also has an Auto Body Repair Shop and a great one at that!! Their repair service department coordinated the repairs needed on my Lincoln Navigator directly with State Farm without needing my assistance, as they are an approved repair shop with State Farm. Anyone that has had the pleasure of dealing with getting insurance estimates, finding approved repair shops and coordinating the scheduling, drop off and pickup, knows it is a time consuming pain in the neck. All of this was done by the Joe Cotton staff! I cant express how wonderful it is to have all of this taken care of for me and the repair work done on my truck is perfect! If you are in need of an auto body repair shop, look no further than Joe Cotton Ford!!

The Wife and I have been long time customers of Joe Cotton Ford. We have purchased no less than, or been responsible for the purchase of, 13 Ford Vehicles. Our experiences with their Service Department has always been " Spot On " ! Never had a negative experience with them ! I have also utilized their parts Department, which has always been a positive experience, and, received my parts in a timely fashion. I recently took delivery of my new, 2016, Ford, Edge, Sport, Twin Turbo, AWD ! The new Sync 3 is user friendly ! This new Edge replaces my 2007, Edge, AWD, SEL which was an awesome Vehicle ! In our climate, one must have either 4 WD, or at least the AWD platform, IF, my 2016 AWD performs half as well as my old 2007, I will be a happy camper ! I travel a lot for Schutzhund, safety and comfort are paramount !!!

Had a great experience recently at Joe Cotton Ford; while brining my car in for routine service I bought a new C-MAX Hybrid. The service department contacted me shortly after I dropped off my car to advise me on the work to be performed along with an exact quote so there were no surprises when the work was completed. As always they were spot on with their assessment of not only the service needed but also the time it would take. The sales staff was just fantastic as they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They answered every question I had. Since I have never owned a hybrid I had plenty of questions and they were definitely up to the challenge. This is my second purchase from Joe Cotton Ford and I would highly recommend them if youre looking for either a new or used car.

Joe Cotton Ford notifies me each time service is due via email which is great since servicing vehicles is not my top priority. On January, 16, 2016, service began at my appointment time so I did not have to wait. It was thorough and done quickly and efficiently. My car was returned to me as clean as it was before service began. The checklist provided is a great tool for me to have a record of exactly what was done. The entire staff at Joe Cotton is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Waiting room is large and very comfortable with free coffee, a TV and free WIFI so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. Highly recommend this dealership.

We use Joe Cotton exclusively for our familys auto needs. Between our family, we have 2 Explorers. a Focus, a Fusion and a F150 all purchased from Joe Cotton. There are only a handful of sales people here, which I appreciate, because I am able to follow up with Roman, our salesperson, easily and he is very helpful with any questions and communication is a breeze. The shining star in the Joe Cotton Ford dealership though, would have to be their service department, ran by Dave Malloy. They are hands down the best service department around and treat everyone like family. If youre in need of a new car or service, you cant go wrong with Joe Cotton Ford!

The service I had was for tires. I was in earlier in the week for an oil change and instead of getting my current mileage the service writer used my oil change mileage. Well I drive a lot and the difference was 200 miles. So now my warranty will be short by 200 miles. I also must make another trip because instead of using the tape weights for the inside of the rim they put on the weights on the outside and they fell off on 3 of the tires. The waiting room is nice and I enjoyed the snacks they have out as well. Although the service writer was obviously too busy, since he couldnt even get my current mileage, he was kind and respectful.

We just came to look at and buy a truck, cash in hand. This truck was pretty much just what we needed, and was almost identical to the one we were replacing. We drove 45 minutes to get there to see this one particular truck before they closed, and even called beforehand to let them know we were on our way. We got there with 15 minutes to spare, so we walked right over to see it, asked to test drive it, and our salesman, John said, "Nope. Sorry, we close at 7. The gates close at 7." So we left. I guess he wanted to go home more than he wanted to let us drive it around the block. Really disappointing. We were ready to buy.

This dealer and its gutless leader Paul Cotton is the worst car dealer I have ever had to deal with. If you like poor service on your vehicle and a manager that will not even listen to your complaint this is the place to go. You even get kicked out of the office when you question the extremely poor service. I wonder if the positive reviews for this dealer are written by employees or relatives. Cant be real customer the way we were treated. STAY AWAY and you will be better of and have lower blood pressure as this guy is as arrogant a person as I have ever had to deal with.

Took my fiance Edge in for a fuel tank recall. Picked it up 6 hours later with a bad right outer tie rod, ball joints? When I call to question them they said they told her this problem. BUSTED right there cause they were dealing with me. Then he has the nerve to tell me that the tech had mentioned it. BS!!!!! Now the vehicle is on a rack at Midas cause of great customer service and HONESTY they gave. Midas found that she had a broken left sway bar link which the service department FAILED to mentioned as well and the ball joints were just fine.
