Wow what a place! I had just moved into the Hinsdale and needed some work done on my home. I was told by my neighbor that the local hardware store could help. I stopped in on my way to home depot and that was it....I didnt need to go further. Some of their items in the store are pricey but so convenient and worth it! They also handled all of my "handyman" work at my house. My wife took a gander in the upstairs 2nd Floor and loved everything. What a great spot! And if you want to get a good laugh, go see Andrew and Luke. Those 2 guys are a hoot at the service desk. It really is true what the Fullers motto is "Simply the Best!". Thanks for great service guys.

Parking is horrible. Communication with the manager over the phone was good, although when I went to the store the price increased and the other manager wouldnt honor our agreement. He told me the girl didnt know what she was talking about and he couldnt do anything about it. This was a big waste of my time. I came to purchase an expensive grill (1,800) that Ive wanted for a long time and this store ruined my purchase experience. Big Green Egg should partner with a company that understands how to sell expensive products. Im sure this store is good for the small and cheap hardware store items, how hard can that be?
