I went there for some lawn & leaf bags and they didnt have any on display. I asked a guy in the gardening section who gladly helped. When I got to where they were supposed to be they werent. So I asked another person he too asked and went to find them. When he returned he said they would be on their way. 15 min later I asked him again and he was shocked and apologized and went to investigate. he came back and said he was told theyd be there in a min. 10 min later and I left. Those two employees were kind enough to help even though they were busy but I saw MANY others just walking around doing nothing. If you know a customer is waiting for something how about you actually HELP them? The lack of management and their lackadaisical approach has lead me away from this place. NEVER going back there again.

I really think that menards arent being professional. For the fact that I bought a 2- drawer stackable organizer like 2 months ago and decided to open it and put it together because Ive been busy, and it was used the holes were drilled big in it that Im not even able to put it together. Then I bought a push lawn mower like 2 weeks ago and opened it and it was used and wet too...so I returned it back right away...but I cant return the drawer because its been two months I guess I shouldve opened it earlier...that is sad that they are playing people like that. Now I just have to have a lost on that drawer...I dont think I would ever buy anything thats in a box from there again!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is awful. Had a return today, walked in there were 3 employees standing at the service desk, completely zoned out, and completely ignored me. I was the ONLY customer standing there, with 3 kids, kinda hard to miss. And then when they did FINALLY acknowledge that there was anyone there, it was only because there was a line of about 10 people behind me, and they SKIPPED OVER ME! And shocker, they were incredibly rude to me and every customer behind me as well. If thats not enough for you, their selection is nothing compared to the other stores in the area (like waukesha/pewaukee etc) save yourself a headache, drive the extra 15 minutes to a better store.

I live in Oconomowoc and wanted an item that Menards was discontinuing. I called this store as it was the closest store who still had the Cricut Explore. There were 3 in stock. I spoke with Jackie in the paint department. She was very busy and had to place me on hold a couple times. She was professional and courteous. She gave me the price to ship it to me so I would not have to drive all that way. She took my credit card info and I got my Cricut in 2 days! Way sooner than I had expected. She made sure my receipt was included and the rebate form so I could get 11% back. It was a pleasure working with her and I will shop at this Menards again! Thank you!

Its always great place except weekends like any place you get to much weekend warriors,and to the person that says there racist ,that is wrong they be ashamed to even say that.That race card is used to much,the only time they get a attitude is because they are getting treated and getting insulted because some people think these employs have not else to do.And that there more important than any of the hundreds of other customers that also need help.I dont mean to disrespect any one but you got realize your not the only one Rhee And your being help and like any other,but they cant just carry to your needs only.So I give this store 5 stars.

Warning: if you buy a power tool and it is used even if it breaks they will only give you store credit no cash back even with your receipt. they send the guy up to check it , discredit you, and scrutinize you, he belives he has some golden authority then takes it personally, against you that the tool was defective, just because you tried to use it. I would go to a different Menards this one seems to be a bad choice if your tool goes wrong for you. Especially if you want a cash refund with your receipt it will be a problem here.

Matt you are the best! I just have to say Menards is lucky to have this guy as their assistant manager. He truly goes above and beyond for the customer. He made my paint selecting decision so much fun and found creative ways to achieve 100 percent satisfaction. Im coming back tommorow for my bedroom color and told him that the service he provided was so awesome that I will only work with him. Im marveling in sheer elation at the color he helped me choose for my kitchen. He is spectacular and Im a very happy customer!

The Gentleman who helped me find strike a fire match sticks and The check out girl who Was tiney like me helping to put items in the cart...The two young men collecting the carts... I Believe it is the Customers who need to be more polite!!

The tale of 2 employees Stopped in here for the first time for a piece of lumber and for some mirror mounting clips. The gal in the bathroom section was very helpful. However the checkout gal absolutely not friendly not helpful and looked like she didnt want to be there. Its a great store but my last impression was not as good as it could have been.

4th of July - nobody wants to be here. Window treatment showed 3 in stock, yet only 1 on the floor and none elsewhere. Sent on a goose chase between paint and hardware departments for 5 minute epoxy. Nobodys sure where its at - but I was able to find it at Target. John - time for an inventory and some training.

The GM here would not honor a rain check because his employee did not fill it out correctly. How am I supposed to know what is needed on a rain check when its filled out by an employee of the company? This is not the first time Ive had terrible customer service from this store, but this incident is ridiculous.

A lot of people work here. Not ONE of them asked if I needed any help. Got a couple of stares though. Very unpleasant cashier as well. Wouldnt even help bag some of my items. I had hoped service would be excellent considering all the competition.

Asking for help is a gamble. Half of the employees have no idea what materials and tools they have, what they are called, what they are used for or where they are in the store. The other half of the employees are fantastic.

As long as you talk to people peacefully I believe the people at Menards are willing to resolve any issue. Too bad Steve is not at the Menards on Miller Parkway anymore he was a very valued member of the Menards family.

Good experience like always when at Menards but this time I got hit in the face by a yard flag pole fell off when I was looking at a other item I am glad it didnt break my glasses or get me in the eye!
