First of all your employees here are great and helpful. Although they deserve an updated store layout equipped with everything people need. This store is seriously lacking compared to other Menards. On more then one occasion I needed something to repair my house and you did not have it. Your layout is from the 90s, and I know because I have been a customer here since then. I push to go the Home Depot or Ace Hardware instead because your Menards is no longer helpful to me as a homeowner.

This Menards is by far the smallest in the Greater Milwaukee area with a smaller selection and no indoor lumberyard. The floor plan and the store are just outdated with the 80s or 90s vibe too. The service provided by the staff is fairly average; no complaints but no rave reviews either. I wont be shopping this location again unless its absolutely necessary -- primarily based on its available selection compared to other Mendards stores.

Visited this location to find l lock for storage & child safety locks....they didnt have what I was looking for. On a other occasion I went here to find a straw wisk broom for my car.... didnt have one. Home Depot located in the same area of West Allis as this Menards did! I choose Home Depot!

Menards are under rated, their selection is great and prices are affordable. This store layout is dated, however everything is easy to find here. I would recommend buying from here vs. Wal-Mart. Customer service is alright on my particular visit. Cashiers are friendly.

Yes, its in a strip mall which sort of works and sort of is annoying. It needs its own dedicated parking lot. Otherwise, service and appeal isnt all that bad. Some areas leave more to be desired but you cant have everything.

Just stopped in for one item. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly. The only problem I encountered was different prices for the same item, but it rang up for the price that was listed on their website.

This store is too small and carrys limited product. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the West Milwaukee store. Much more selection.
