This place is embarrassing. Their posted hours are until 4PM on Saturdays. When I approached the door at 3:50 it was locked. Confused, I look at my watch to make sure it hadnt reached 4:00. Fortunately, one of the front desk associates let me in since I was only picking up a prescription (and they shouldnt have the doors locked prior to closing hours anyway) What followed is what prompted me to post this. As Im waiting for the rude associates to print out my prescription, another woman had tried to open the locked doors (at this point its 3:55) Apparently she only came to pick up glasses, but this did not sit well with the staff and the dialog was simply unprofessional. They ridiculed the customer amongst themselves for her "rushing to get there on time and how she was late" (she wasnt, you close at 4:00) I dont know if they were all just rushing to leave, if they hate their jobs or simply hate people in which case they shouldnt be working in a customer service environment. If you say you close at 4, dont lock your doors at 3:50 and complain when customers try and open the door since you are still technically open. Either way, its a shame because my previous experience here was actually quite pleasant. But I guess this is what goes on behind locked doors when theyre still supposed to be open.

Currently sitting at this Davis visionworks waiting to be fitted while employees are talking standing around some helping others to pick out there glasses thats where the service is because thats right Before you pay but pickup is a total difference waiting with they talk about whos going on vacation what are they doing later on etc. While my glasses are sitting on a counter all alone and employees look at them and keep serving other customers as they walk in and getting exams and glasses they need a new system or service advisor

Horrible service , they stand around and dont help you at all. They employees act like you are bothering them if you have a question . They close way before the times posted in the sign . I would definitely Not recommend them to anyone !!

Been going here for about 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. They have always treated me right and very rarely have a wait time. Very professional and easy to work with. I Will never go to another place

Waited 45 minutes for my appointment with a particular dr. They try to get you to see any available dr. Which bothers me. Try to upsell at every turn.

They always said I never needed glasses but I did. We go to another place and they say I have bad vision and need glasses. This place is horrible.
