Awful! Awful! Awful! Stay away! Do NOT buy lenses here. I went in for progressive lenses and was told by Eddie he had the best progressives. When they arrived, I couldnt read out of them. He told me I wasnt a candidate for progressives, but hed make up long distance glasses instead. My opthamologist and optician said that wasnt true - Eddie had used a lesser progressive brand. So I returned the lenses to him. He refused to reimburse me saying he couldnt return them. NOT true. He had 90 days to return them. I felt badly, ordered regular glasses from him, for which he overcharged me, so I cancelled the order. Again he said he couldnt return them even though they hadnt been cut yet. Lies. He had 90 days to return them. He insists I have the lenses when his assistant assured me they are sitting on his desk. He has still not reimbursed me.

I just want to mention Ive been wearing glasses almost my entire life. I am very picky,and wanted to mention a shop in Old Greenwich called 20/20 Optical. The owner, Eddie took care of me personally, and I must admit I wasnt easy. He spent a lot of time with me and I can honestly say I found a great frame through his recommendation. I also have a difficult prescription. He suggested I try the Zeiss lens. (not inexpensive). Anyway, my vision has never been better and I just wanted to take the time as I am very satisfied not only with his service, but his turn around time. ( they had them ready in 3 days). Highly recommended, a true professional.

Eddie is the most caring professional optician I have ever met. I called in tears after not finding a local optician in all of Los Angeles who would make my lenses for a fair price . Eddie worked with me to solve every issue. and today my new glasses arrived by UPS . You cant find a better man or a better place to buy quality eyewear!

Absolutely amazing...I have been going there for over 30 years and every time I walk in I am amazed by the customer service and attention to detail they provide. Eddie and all of his staff have been there for a long time and are the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Getting new lenses for me is a real challenge. 20/20 worked with me until it came out right. Once the problem was solved, each new set of lenses were accurate. I so appreciate them and their care.
