Pushy doctor. Told me I had tears in my eye, so I went to a specialist today to get a second opinion and she told me (after a series of tests) that there are no tears and my vision is perfect. Dr. Sachs mentioned that I may need drops but the specialist told me I have nothing to worry about and no drops are needed. I am never going to OCLI again. I dont appreciate the unwanted scare tactics.

very rude doctor and staff, trying to sell eye drop free samples of reputed companies on high price and by bargaining, trying to charge you extra money besides they charge insurance company or force to sign a consent letter to pay later please read carefully before you sign any documents. Charge for prescription separately, even if you got your surgery done through dr, sachs

I was in and out of the office in one hour. The girls at the front are pretty helpful. The doctor did not try to sell me the eye drops as the others have mentioned. The place is set up pretty good.
