I wish I can give them one star still I m rating them 1 star ..we were 5 years old customers buying glasses and contacts for me and my wife today we had a bad experience with new girl she was full of attitude after showing couple of glasses she was Start making face then finally we choose 1 glasses then decide to go for it just ask one question from sales girl hows your prices compare to other store and online she really being rude to answer and replied not to waste my time so we just walked away and they lost good customers I just suggest owner to teach them how to do the customer service every consumer have a right to check the prices from other store.we found same glasses and lenses 60% less then they were offering. Not recommended to anyone or my friends.

I really had a great experience on my visit with Dr. Michael, he was so professional, an explained every aspect of the exam. He tried several different lenses until I was able to see exceptionally well, I was impressed, and for the first time in a long while i was able to see clearly. Also I was a bit nervous, because Ive never worn glasses in my life, however the staff Veronica and Vanessa really talked me through it and eased all my fears. They were also very patient with me in selecting frames, and at no point did they try to persuade me to get over priced lenses, or anything that I wasnt interested in. Overall I loved my experience today, and would recommend my family and friends.

The optometrist is good, but I do not like their sales team for glasses. I find some of them quite dismissive rude or pushy rude. And I got the experience that they do not like to show you the cheaper glasses. I had requested a smaller frame, they kept giving me the nastiest, widest, expensive old-lady frames that were too wide for me to deal with when check my blind sights while driving. And to top it off, one of the women there argued about it with me. I know what I need, thanks. Will have to find a different place now. Else, I will have to check how my insurance will cover frames and lenses from separate places.

I cannot say enough good things about Central Nassau Optical and Dr. Michael Ghossn. I came in needing an occupational vision test and was greeted very friendly by his staff. Dr. Ghossn performed a thorough exam and filled out the necessary paperwork that he was not familiar with, but was very patient in "working" with it. Thank you everyone at Central Nassau Optical, you deserve outstanding praise and merit.

Not a happy camper with the service - brought a pair of glasses in last week and they told it would be ready for pickup late Friday, early Saturday. So I went there on Saturday to pick them up. No glasses. No courtesy phone call to let me know that they would not be ready. I have been going there for about 6 years. Guess that will be the last time. They did not offer a discount either. Really disgusted.........
