I dont usually write reviews but when I was looking for an appliance repair shop I noticed that Chris and Sons was listed. I was quite shocked because several years ago they came to my home to repair my washing machine. They could not fix it on site so took it in. I dont remember how much time passed, but I did not hear from them, nor was I able to contact them. I finally contacted them and they said that they were still waiting for a part. I told them that i couldnt be without my washer any longer and they agreed to give me a loner. Long story short, shortly after that they went out of business without ever notifying me, or my getting my washer back. Oh yes, I did get to keep the loner "big deal". One star is too good for this company, but thats the lowest I can give.

Well...fridge stopped working (no cold)... Roberts came out opened up fridge and said, yup its broken... it will be $40 for coming out and telling me what i already knew...or $180 deposit, ill order the parts, and repair it in a couple of days. So, i gave him the 180. After a few no shows (3 weeks later) he tried a few things and it still didnt work. He said it may be 1 more thing that he will order the part and come back the following day. Never happened! Its been 2 months and he dont even answer my calls or text. He took off with my $... Funny thing is Pedro is a small town - need i say more!? Catch you on the rebound buddy... hope it was worth it
