The majority of customers seem to be satisfied with the service provided, mentioning the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist. However, there are instances where customers felt neglected or unimportant, particularly after the sale was made.
The after-sales support appears to be a mixed bag. Some customers report that the company was willing to resolve issues, even going the extra mile to pick up bikes for repairs. On the other hand, others felt that once the sale was made, the company was less interested in addressing any concerns.
Customers generally appreciate the variety of used bikes available, spanning multiple brands. The shop also offers gear and accessories.
The shop operates from 10 AM to 6 PM on most days, closing at 4 PM on Saturdays and being closed on Sundays.
Customers have noted that the pricing for both bikes and services is competitive. Some even mentioned that the costs were lower than other dealerships for the same services or parts.
The shop offers financing options, and customers have mentioned that the purchasing process was fast and painless.
The shop offers a wide range of used bikes, including various brands and types. They also provide gear and accessories.
The shop offers repair services, but the quality seems to vary. Some customers had positive experiences, while others reported issues like leaks and squeaks that were not adequately addressed.
The staff is generally knowledgeable and willing to assist customers in making informed decisions. However, some customers felt that certain staff members were disinterested or unhelpful.
While many customers praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, others felt that the service was lacking, especially when it came to addressing issues post-purchase.

I bought a bike new from another dealer and when I wanted to replace my exhaust I called the dealer to ask about pricing. I also called Taylor at SLC Powersports, as I had been introduced to this place by a mutual friend. Taylors pricing was as cheap installed as just the part from dealer I bought the bike from.. which also gave me a 10% discount for buying my bike there. I took my bike down to Taylor for the exhaust install and mentioned wanting to adjust my handlebars back a bit and asked him how much to do that.. before I finished my sentence he had tools in hand and had the bars back where I wanted them in less than 5 minutes. He had my part within 2 days and had it installed within a couple hours of receiving the part... which is unheard of at the other dealership. Its not some big fancy dealership with a giant showroom, but he has a great selection of used bikes of EVERY brand for GREAT prices. He also has all kinds of gear available as well. Great shop, great owner. I seriously recommend SLC Powersports to everyone I speak to now. If/when the day comes for another bike, this will be the first stop on my list.

Went in about a week ago to look at a bike, and met with Jesse. He was easy to deal with and helped me look through what they had. Came back the next day to take the bike for a test ride, and ended up having to deal with Dan. Asked him a couple of questions and he didnt really seem to care. Got back from the ride and told him the belt seems to squeak a little and if they could look at it. Got told it was probably just the wind noise I was hearing. Looked over by the license plate and found the light to be missing, when I asked about it I was told that is an auxiliary light and only some states require them. I informed him that Utah is one of the those states and asked if it would be fixed. He said "maybe if he had one, but they only cost like a buck on Ebay". I proceeded to tell him that I could not get it registered without that and he said no problem we register them for you. That was it for me. Anyone who is willing to bypass the required equipment is not going to get my business. I had check in hand for this bike and walked away due to Dan not wanting to look over the bike and make a few small repairs.

I bought my wife a bike from him few years ago and truth be told had a few glitches with it but it was natural like the battery drained over the winter. I contacted them and they did not even hesitate to replace the battery for me. Months later she was ready for a bigger bike so I went back in and sold it back to them at a descent price and upgraded her to a differant bike to which I also purchased there and up til this day has been a great bike. Since then I have worked with them on a few other deals and I will continue to purchase from them. As a matter of fact I will be in the market for another one soon and will be looking here first. The cool thing is that they offered to just buy my Bikes flat out if I decided to go purchase a new or differant one elsewhere. I think these guys offer great customer service and I definately recommend stopping in.

Ive been into the shop several times to look at bikes, and eventually to buy one. Ive been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to work with me. After I bought my bike, I brought it home only to find out the turn signals didnt work. I was pretty upset with the occurrence and called back in to voice my concern. Taylor had me leave the bike at a shop closer to my place for repair, but after seeing the shop wasnt helping much, Dan picked the bike up and took it back to their shop to take a look. Within 5 hours, Dan had picked up the bike, resolved the issue, changed the oil, and dropped it back off at my house in Provo free of charge. This more than made up for the initial oversight. Im impressed with how they treated me and earned my business, and Ill definitely go back for any repairs or other needs.

Purchased bike from here about 2 months ago. 3 weeks after I purchased it I noticed that there was a small leak coming from the left side front tires. Suspected fork seals. I called SLC Powersports thinking that they may be able to work out some sort of deal, however when I talked to them they seemed like they didnt care. As far as they were concerned the sale was made and its your problem now. Any reputable company would at least help you. Also when I bought the front tire was replaced upon purchase and the speedometer hub was placed on 90 degrees off which broke a couple of cables before I was able to figure out what was going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE. Spend your money elsewhere and youll get better customer service and not someone who is looking to make a sale.

stay away from this company! They buy wrecked bikes and fix them and sell them as never been wrecked. I bought a nice motorcycle from them after 2 weeks over riding the bike developed and vibration/wobble in the steering, i took the bike to the ducati dealer and the pulled the front rim off and said this bike has been in an accident the wheel was damaged and sombody tried to repair it. this damaged wheel over time warped the front brake rotors. i called taylor to see about working somthing out, He wouldnt give me the time of day "used buyer beware he said to me" Poor customer service! Be carful if you are considering buying anything from these guys they will hide damage from you and not do anything about it after its all said and done!

I went into SLC Powersports just to look around, not expecting to buy. They have such a great selection that I ended up finding a Harley that I was interested in. After taking it for a spin and deciding I wanted it the purchasing process was fast and painless. They stayed a half hour after they closed to wait for me to get back from the bank. I got a fantastic deal. After I got home I noticed a small leak and took it in the next day. Taylor was awesome and incredibly understanding. He pointed me towards a local Harley shop and my bike got fixed like new and I was taken care of. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a motorcycle. Friendly, awesome customer service, large selection, and a quick, simple purchasing process.

Outstanding motorcycle shop!!! When looking for my first bike, I found SLS Powersports on the web. I dropped by on a Saturday not knowing a thing about motorcycles. They were super helpful and patient with me and showed me around and help me decide on my bike with 0 pressure. They were also very patient when I had a financing issue with my bank and after all that was straightened out, they worked with my wife to surprise me and deliver it to my garage! Made my year! Then they helped us pick out riding gear and gave a great deal on that. I will buy my next bike from them in the future and I cant recommend them enough. A really great experience!
