After dealing with I90 Motorsports for a while I finally decided to write this review. I recently went in to finance a new KTM. Although the sales guy was helpful and tried to make it work I thought it was a little lame he wouldnt bring the price down. I suspect it had more to do with how the dealer does things than with the salesman. Funny enough, the next dealer I went to got me a great price on the same exact bike and financed me with less money down AND room to throw in $2000 worth of accessories! I went back to I90 to buy some parts for my new bike and although the guy I was working with (Sean) was awesome and did a great job the other two guys werent so great. I brought back a seat that they said was a "soft" seat and when I told them it looks and feels exactly like the stock one on my bike, one of them said "we dont sell hard seats". I checked the part number and sure enough its the stock one! Two of my friends just bought ATVs (not from here) and went to I90 to get riding gear and will never be back. Parts guys were rude, prices were high, and service was pretty bad. One of my friends also overheard a sales guy being exceptionally rude to a customer and later a co-worker. There are, however, some people that work there that actually do a great job and if you are lucky enough to get one of them its a pleasant experience. The service department is also really hit and miss. I have had both good and bad experiences with them and my friends have had the same. Being from Issaquah I really want this to be a good place and want to support a local business, but rarely am I glad I stopped by. Only go here if you have to.

I bought a used Sport/Tour bike June 3rd 2014. The price was dead on bluebook, and they had even done the full 16k service,(another 1k). I financed it through them, and it was a very good experience. I spent days in communications, asking a lot of questions, did 2 demo rides, and then still spent hours on the day of purchase working on the decision. I was torn over several different bikes, and they readily offered test rides on them all. Brett was the salesman, an avid rider himself, and did not use high pressure. I picked up some accessories, got the 10% discount, and the parts guy was very patient as well. I have 6 bikes, ride everything from street to dirt, and am very particular and demanding. These guys understand quality, that is what they offer, and their prices are still very competitive. Dont go there expecting to buy junk for cheap, but if you want something that will not break down, and give you years of enjoyment, I recommend checking them out before making a purchase from a dealer.

Been a customer for about a year and a half. Don originally sold me my bike (good deal) and hes a great guy to deal with from day one. The buying process was painless and fair. I stop by from time to time to chat Don up and get his opinion on stuff and he always greets you with a smile and a joke or two. Ive had issues with a few things (bike and gear) and theyve always dealt fairly and completely with them. Theyve spotted warranty work on my bike when I took it in for a standard service (leaking head gasket) and just fixed it for me. They added back a seat bolt when I lost one. Theyve always done the work I needed, on time and with no issues. When a muffler fell off, they contacted triumph and had them fix it for me. Ive bought riding gear that theyve stood behind when the zipper blew out (twice!) and I would much rather buy from them because theyll help me out if I run into trouble. Im happy, and considering theyre really close, that is good.

Well David.... I have to respond to your review. The "heavyset guy with the pony tail" is Don Shields. If you had a bad experience with him, I seriously think youd have a bad experience buying a bike form Mother Teresa. Don is very customer oriented, low pressure and very knowledgeable. I bought a SeaDoo from Don a year ago and it was the best buying experience I have ever had...EVER! Don was very interested in getting me in the right boat, and he was VERY fair with me on trade-in etc. Ive bought many boats and cars in my 65 years and Ive never had such a great experience. I later had occasion to use their service department at I-90 and it too was top notch. Customer oriented, knowledgeable and willing to find a way to make your visit pleasant. If you had such a terrible experience, perhaps that experience starts with attitude. They have a rack right inside the door to check that. You must of missed it...

Shortly after buying my 950 adventure from highgear in monroe, I decided to go to I-90 since it was much closer to home to have service done on my bike. I was having the dreaded starter slip that was a problem on the bikes. I found out this was common and ktm had a fix for it, but the service manager kept telling me it was a compression issue and not the starter at all. After taking it down for a fourth time and receiving a indifferent attitude from the service department I called lynnwood motoplex and within a minute into the conversation, the mechanic said yes we have the fix and come on in. within two days I had my bike fixed with no attitude, and the bike ran perfect. I recommend no one go to I-90 if you want your bike fixed right.

I had a positive customer experience at I90 motorsports. Im a fairly new motorcycle rider and know I still have a lot to learn. I walked into the service department with a list of questions about a (used) KTM 450 EXC I had just purchased. Tom was very help and took the time to answer all my questions in a low pressure situation. Tom and Brett made the conversation feel like I was talking to friends about my new toy and not someone just looking for my business. They never talked down to me and patiently explained how different things worked on the bike with possible solutions to the problems I was experiencing. This positive customer experience will make me a returning client.

If you have a accident small, minor, lovetap, big, what ever and need an estimate for repair they will charge full price hourly to even look at your ride. To get charge for an estimate is greed. Not only are service rates high enough, they will show no mercy for the unlucky who went down. After getting an extremely high quote I took my ride to another dealer and they gave me a free estimate and the repair bill was around 40 percent less since they did not try to get every penny out of me for unneeded things. I was 100% happy with the less expensive place. I would find and independent shop, this one just feeds on the rich folks on the Eastside.

Ive stopped by there several times. A few of the guys there are really nice and helpful, but the heavyset ponytail salesguy was pretty rude. Lectured me for a while on how Kelly Blue Book isnt relevant, in an amazingly condescending manner. He spent the entire interaction explaining to me how each person there sells 40 bikes a month, and they know what the pricing should be, etc etc. If youre looking for the sleazy used car experience this is your place. Maybe its only that guy...or maybe dont mention Kelly Blue Book around him because hell lose hes cool. Either way, Im never going back there with so many better options around.
