Nothing but great things to say about service and sales staff. Ive never been able to afford a new motorcycle but Ive bought 90% percent of my gear from these guys (bought some pants in Amsterdamn, and a used Jacket once on CL.) Darragh has always been extremely helpful in finding the right fit for gear with special orders, and the right part for the repair or look your aiming for. I have taken both the bikes Ive owned exclusively to 2 Wheels. Service team is great, even kept my bike for a few days when it randomly died several times. It ended up being a cheap fix with lube oil & air filter change they only charged me 1 hour & included cleaning dirty contacts on kill switch, (a few test rides to mimic intermittent problem is easily an hour plus billable time) before they replaced the comp, as suggested by another shops mechanic.

I was having problems with my MP3 500 after putting in a new battery and Darren couldnt have been nicer with suggestions and advice on how to fix it myself and save the trouble of having it towed in. I had even called a couple of other dealers to get their opinion of the problem and was told to tow it in so they could diagnose a leak. Darren put up with several phone calls and texted photos including sending me one of a MP3 500 they had for comparison. Bike fixed, no leak!

Good bike mechanics are like good doctors; its best to find one you can trust, because at some point your health may depend upon their expertise. Ive been taking my bike here since I moved to Berkeley four years ago, and I dont plan to ever go anywhere else. Darren, Darragh and any staff Ive encountered have always made me feel confident (and were patient with my endless questions) when making decisions about maintenance and parts for my commuter SV650.

These people are complete morons. Dont even bother unless you enjoy frustration and headache with even the simplest of things like changing a tire. You could do it yourself in the same amount of time it takes just to explain to them what needs to be done
