i am very interested in purchasing a new BMW f700 GS. i rode it on a test ride last year at the long beach BMW motorcycle dealer and i felt in love with this bike.i wasnt ready to finance at that time. i researched several dealers and i found the perfect bike($11,800) and the closest dealer at new century BMW motorcycle. my credit score is not the greatest. i filed for bankruptcy back in 2012 after a divorce. one of the sales man advised me to get a co signer. sales man tony started to text me early in the week to see if i was still interested in purchasing the motorcycle. i replied that i was ready and had a co-signer. i also told him i found the same bike at the Santa Clarita BMW motorcycle dealer at a cheaper price ($10,700). i asked him if HE COULD MATCH THE PRICE. he said YES. i have his text in record. Saturday morning (09/24/2016) i drove with my wife and kids from la habra California to north hollywood to pick up my mother(co-signer). then drove to new century BMW, met tony around 1PM and started the finance application. in the middle of the application i asked him if he was still going to match the price with the santa Clarita BMW motorcycle . he replied NO, he couldnt match the price. he gave me several excuses why he couldnt match it. one was that what santa Clarita was advertising was ilegal. he lower the price at ($11300) i took this as a LIE and poor salesmanship. i was so exited to get this bike that i agreed ton the price. After the application thru BMW finance tony did let me know that we did qualify, but i needed to put 10% down($1200). i told hin i didnt have the down payment. he told me that i could give up my 2014 Ninja 300 as down payment. at the end we agreed if the bike was in good cosmetic and mechanical condition when i brought it to the dealer he would give me $2000 for it.i did let him know the front tire would need to be replaced soon. that was the agreement. i said it was ok. knowing i was probably going to loose around $1200 on bluebook value. Around 4PM i drove with my wife ,mother and kids, drove back all the way to la habra to go pick up my ninja 300. left the kids with payed babysitter . took my bike and my wife and mother followed me back to the dealer. once i got back there the service tech looked at the bike and said that the front tire was low and brake pads would need to be replaced soon, and other than that the bike was well taken care of. i agree with that. sales man tony came back and said that he couldnt offer $2000 any more. he started negotiating. playing the let me ask my boss to see what he says BIT.he wanted to give me less than $2000. thats not what we had agreed. i took that as a LIE and poor salesmanship. at that time i got really upset and frustrated after spending the hole day loosing my and my families time and gas money. i had to drive back to north hollywood to drop off my mother and then drive back again home to la habra. i still do want my F700GS, its my dream bike. but i do not want to deal with deceiving and irresponsible people again .

As a person who teaches ethics, I can tell you this company, in my opinion, has none. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2010 R1200RT from New Century BMW Motorcycles with a little over 23,300 miles last weekend. I found out after a few days that my bike required a 24,000 mile maintenance to be completed. I contacted Tico at New Century BMW Motorcycles, the person who sold me the motorcycle, to ask if he could have his manager contact BMW Motorcycles San Diego to work something out. Tico did not provide any assistance to facilitate that. I was quite disappointed in the integrity of this business and their practices. They stuck me with a $910 bill nearly immediately after purchasing and didnt bother telling me it was about to be due. Be extremely careful with them! At BMW Motorcycle San Diego today, I was told they couldnt believe that New Century BMW Motorcycles sold me this motorcycle without doing that 24K service, and that they absolutely would have done the service with it being so close to being due. Even if New Century BMW Motorcycles wouldnt have done it, I would have expected that to be something they would have warned me about. I expect you would too, but they did not. If you ever consider purchasing from them, please watch out for their sly practices! This was an absolutely terrible experience to buy a motorcycle for $9k and then to immediately have over $900 maintenance bill within one week of purchasing. If you want to be like me and pay more than 10% extra in unknown and undisclosed routine maintenance expenses within one week of purchasing a motorcycle from a dealership and have absolutely zero concern from the salesperson or dealership, then this might be your place. If you want to buy something where people treat you like a real person, I strongly recommend to go elsewhere.

I went to check out the BMW adventure bikes and worked with Scott but at the time the dealership did not any bike in my price range. I took my 2009 Tuono to see if the dealership would be interested in it. Tony and Matt looked at it and said the best they could offer, pending safety from the Mechanic, was $4K. But if you purchase one of our bike, we can offer $5K. Told them I wasnt ready to sell that low. However, yesterday I found a used 2012 BMW GSA 1200 with 12K miles for $11K so I took my Tuono back. Worked with Tony. This time he said I think we have to get your bike wholesale. "What happened to the $4K offer pending safety?" I asked. They said we have to see what our wholesalers would offer. So after 1.5 hrs of my family and I waiting, they said their wholesaler was not interested in the bike. Not mad that I didnt sell the bike but feel roped in and wasted customers time. Told the owner what happened. Said that I will be taking my 2012 BMW GSA 1200 out and go elsewhere for the $800 service Monday morning. He said nothing but just walked away. This is weird. All seems to be nice folks with a huge BMW inventory at full retail. Bummer. Picked up bike out of Service and try elsewhere.

Dont waste your time and money on this place .I took my s1000rr for its 6k service and there master mechanic adjusted my clutch to tight causing it to shatter my clutch plates now they wont take anything responsibility to fix it they said its my fault which is bull I been riding for over 8 years and owned several bikes but this dealer is giving BMW a bad rep and to top it off it broke down on me the following day from picking it up from service its only obvious since they did adjust my clutch . prior to dropping it off I had zero issues with my clutch . the only reason y I took it in for service so they dont wave the warranty but what does it matter if there master mechanic sets u up breaking the one part that isnt under warranty .now they want to charge me $2,5000 to fix it which is bull now im in the path of taking legal actions after BBB confirms the cause it .so if u have alot of time on your hands and extra money u picked the right place for service and be prepared to be bikeless for a few months #ELABikers #keepingitreal #sk1 #newcenturybmwmotorcycles #LAmostwanted #scamartist #fromabikertoabiker
