Purchased my bike here may of 2016. Sales person was kevin. Id give him 5 stars cause hes a great dude and always a pleasure to work with. The reason for the low stars is everytime id take my bike here for service something went wrong. First time i said dont wash my bike after my first oil change... Same dirty scrub brush holding dirt kinda scares me. Anyways they washed it and didnt rinse it well enough so it oxydized all the metal components leaving white spots all over. Had to leave my bike there and they didnt even offer me a loaner bike while mine got fixed. The next time i went in my clutch grenaded on me so i took it there to handle the warranty aspect of it. They handled it but re sealed my clutch casing with un godly amounts of RTV gasket maker and didnt even take the time to clean it off. Had to wait for them to fix that. At this point youd think ok im done with cycle barn right? Eh. They matched amazons tire prices which was great! But then charged me the out of store tire purchase install price. I later noticed two deep scratches on either side of my swing arms and signs of potential cover up. Never realizing shops take photos before and after and being frustrated with the constant problems with the services i blew it off. A few months down the road after gaining this knowledge i call them and leave the service manager a voicemail and dont here back. Leaving me to call in again and this time i got him. Lets say he wasnt excited to hear from me. Worst service i have ever gotten. He was rude and had zero intentions of listening to me. I requested to speak with the general manager and he tells me hes not in today... As i expected him to say. So i requested a patch in to his voicemail and was then hung up on. I call in with a different number and get him right away. He was curtious and actually listened to what i had to say. I brought the bike in the coming Saturday to receive a 50 dollar gift card and a request to not use their services again and find a different shop. So thank you for devaluing my bike cycle barn mechanics. If your looking for parts or gear yea sure this place is fine but do yourself a favor and do not get your machines serviced here.

I am very disappointed in the overall service of this company. I bought a quad and trailer from them on the 29th of May. Today I had to sign a third contract for financing with them because the mail supposedly lost my second contract even though the finance company states that they sent that one back. In the two month since buying from them they never once called to tell me that there was a problem with the contract. In fact I had to notify them each time I found out that there was a problem. Several different times I even offered up solutions to fix this problem and they never bothered to pick up a phone to accept or decline the offer. Even funnier when I called to today and finally got a hold of the manager to offer of a solution that would protect myself from any further damage that they could cause, the manager hung up on me. This whole time I had the right to return the stuff I purchased, I guess now I should have just done that instead of trying to work with them. If you have to buy from them, just bring in cash or your own financing to avoid any headaches.

Dont waste your time here. Went in looking for my first bike. Found one to test drive. It took an hour for the service shop to start their "mandatory pre-trip inspection". Then they found the battery was dead. Another hour to get "permission" to put in a new battery. Then an hour to get it charged and me on the road. Wouldnt let me do a test drive without running a credit check (even though I could have shown them online account statements and available credit to pay for the bike). Then, when I finally did get on the bike, was only allowed a 5 minute ride, taking it down 4 roads and making three right turns. What a joke. Wasted almost an entire Saturday here. By comparison, went in to a local shop near my home in Olympia two days later. In less than 5 minutes had keys in hand, no credit check and was told to go wherever, have fun and be back before closing. Thats how it should be. Never again Cycle Barn.

Went to service one dirtbike here. Just asked for diagnostic and a parts list. I was told that bike would come back disassembled so I planned accordingly. When I picked up the bike the cap on the clutch was onot and the service guy rolled out my bike saying "they even put it all back together for you" taking his word I take it home and order my parts weeks later my parts are in I go to replace my clutch and open my bike to find out everything inside is gone. I go back to get my parts and they have thrown them away. According to policy. John the service Manger was kind enough to order me the parts I did not receive back and Coverd the cost. By my own fault we initially didnt order everything back but for the most part he did. Had I mentioned it before. He probably would have. John in service go to him with any questions. Great customer service as far as that department goes.

Cycle Barn has been my go to motorcycle shop for all my bikes for parts and service for over 15 years. I have gone there out of location conviencent only being that that management treats you like a joke and the prices are rediculous unless you price match (which i highly recommend if you do go to this store you price match everything you buy which is regularly 20-50% off what they are selling it for). Just be prepared to be belittled and not respected as a customer. Be prepared to be told one thing by a employee and something else days later costing you hundreds of dollars and management will refuse to honor what their employee told its customers and literally mocks you for it. Establishments with management like this who treat customers with no respect do not deserve out hard earned money, head little ways north to Skagit Powersports.

Great service! My boyfriend brought his Harley Davidson in because the Harley dealer didnt have the time to help us.We had a flat tire on our trip from Portland. The woman at the counter was really nice ( I forgot her name ) and said that they were really busy, but she would ask the manager. He came out of the shop to talk to us and assured us they would replace our tire so we could finish our trip. They gave us a recomendation of a restaurant to have lunch at to wait. They called us before we could finish eating to let us know our bike was ready. They even washed all the bugs and guck off our bike. Thank you Cyclebarn!

Well I took my bike in after a race one day because the starter was stuck in the down position. weeks later I get a call back telling me the starter is "seized", my clutch is "gone", my transmission oil was low and my engine oil was "gone", even though the engine oil and tranny oil share the same oil that year... They told me I needed new all of the above and it was going to be 3000 sum$ so I asked for my bike back. I put it all back together and 7 months after hard riding the starter still works great, clutch grabs great and the engine runs smooth. Needless to say wont be bringing my bike there anymore.
