a screw came off my shift lever while riding. had to pull over to pick up the lever. came to this place for some help on just a replacement screw. they were no help. they guy at the desk said his technician was busy, woukd take a while for him to finish working on a bike. the guy at the desk was no help. went to orchard down the street bought a decent identical bolt. went to orileys, bought some thread locker and was on my way.

Brought my 2015 Z1000 a few months ago. Dropped off the bike and picked up the same day (with appointment of course) and got a super good deal for a shoei helmet! Will be coming back for my 2015 interstate 600 mile maintenance!
