About a month ago I took in both of my 2004 Suzuki GSX-R 750 bikes to have a Suzuki front brake recall and valve check performed. I have two as one is a race bike and the other is a street bike. While Everett Powersports is not a Suzuki dealership, there reputation was very good so I decided to see how the service department handled my bikes. Upon arrival they let me drive my truck railer into the service area, helped me unload both bikes and let me use the rear gate to exit which made drop-off much easier. I was helped immediately even though they were busy with two other customers, the repair quote was identical to the phone quote, and they even asked me if it was ok that I would have to wait a week on parts. I was in no rush, so I said sure and left with a quote in hand expected to hear from them in a week. I was called by them the next day to ask what I wanted to do about the spark plugs. I had 2 sets of brand new plugs at home for the bikes and so I didnt want to pay for new plugs. They offered to put in new plugs and then use mine to replace their stock at no cost! Awesome! They also informed me the valves looked good on one of my bikes and asked if I wanted them to replace a dirty air filter(I declined). Then they took it a step further and wanted to let me know that the bike had a K&N sticker under the tank but was running a OEM filter. I knew this already as I had taken the K&N out on purpose but that was a great piece of detail that the tech noticed. Before I ended the call, I asked them to save the spare spark plugs for both bikes so I could keep them for my own records. They called me a week later to let me know they bikes were almost done and should be finished by end of day with pickup on the next business day. I stopped by on the next business day to get the bikes and spent about 10 minutes going over the repair with one of the gentlemen in service. He explained in detail the full repair including what was off on each bike, how the recall went and why they had to swap the front brake plunger on one of my bikes(they included my plunger in case I wanted to swap), the valve clearances, and then he produced the spark plugs for each bike as I requested. The plugs were exactly as they described and he took the time to even show me some pitting they found on one of the bikes. The final cost was almost identical to the quote as expected. They helped me load each bike back into the trailer and were very patient as I set things up to load the bikes. I asked them if they would open the back gate for me and they did it without complaint which made leaving the shop easy. After getting home, I noticed that the odometers on both bikes had not increased a single mile which was awesome as it meant no joy rides were had or troubleshooting was needed. I proceeded to take a look at the air filter(OEM) they recommended swapping and it was in need of replacement as they had suggested. I already had a spare in stock, so I installed the new air filter and waited for a dry spell to test the bike. A few days later I was able to take the street bike out and was very pleased with the results. Brakes were much better, engine ran very well (the TPS was off), and the bikes power was as expected. Besides the excellent work on both my bikes, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, on schedule, and the repair costs were very competitive. I plan to now exclusively use them for all future bike work that I do not want to perform myself. If you are holding back on using them for service, due to owning a bike they do not sell, just call there service department and ask if they will work on it. You wont regret it. Thanks for the awesome experience Everett Powersports and Ill be seeing you again :)

Wouldnt bring my bicycle here. Bought a used bike here, broke down after 200 miles. Fix it for free dont you think? NO. How about the manual they promised? Never got it. Called for it. Never got it. Needed a simple fan switch and heat sensor changed. They said no problem bring it in and we will call you within a few days. No call back. I called back - they said parts are back ordered with no ETA. Did you look elsewhere? Answer - no. You look for them but doubtful you will find them. They gave me the part numbers. I found the parts in an hr at two locations. $160 for both parts. Told them I would ship UPS ($50 per part) to get them next day. They said - cant guarantee it will be done in time for your 50-100 bike foundation ride. No call back for 4-5 days. Called again told them I would snail mail the parts to my house and bring them down, they said fine, bike will be done in a few days. No call back. Waited again for days. No call back. Called again - wrong parts. Service people flat rude. Called owner - apologized. They had the bike almost 4 weeks, charged me for the supposed right parts (they gave me the wrong part numbers), total bill $350, and my $160 parts I ordered in my pocket with no return policy. $500 later, 1/4 of the summer riding season gone, gave me the wrong part number TWICE - all for two simple sensors to be replaced. Wouldnt take my bicycle to this place or ever buy a new bike at this place - good luck.

I rolled in here after rolling out of the Cascades. I was giving throttle and no throttle was being taken. They were awesome about checking the bike out and verifying that the problem was actual, and not just in my mind. Since it was bike season and they werent able to troubleshoot it properly I purchased the same model bike, a five-year younger version, and finished my 11,000 mile Journey. I returned to the scene of a crime a little less than a year later. Everything was fine with the bike, as far as they were concerned. I took a train from Maryland to Everett Washington and I took the bike home. My first three days were good, but I did a lot of night riding, cold riding. Then, as I was crossing Iowa the issue returned. I had just past the Mississippi when the issue identified itself as definitively threatening (it turned out to be the fuel pump). So, all in all my experience with Everett has been thorough. My purchasing of the new bike was not convenient time-wise (a Friday around closing time), but definitely a sell. They are good, but as far as Diagnostics are concerned...they returned a bike to me that was not fixed; though, the new tires were installed wonderfully, the oil was changed to my specifications, and the bike was held handsomely. Ps: John the tender was on the new bike, I had forgotten that I had removed it when I installed the power port.

In February my 2003 GL1800 needed to be picked up for major repair. My rear end was making noise and I did not feel safe driving it in for repair. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I got from the service team here. I first had them pick up my bike and was met by a very professional individual that made sure my bike was securely strapped down for safe delivery to the shop. After just one day I was notified of the diagnosis and repairs needed for my bike. After giving approval for them to perform the repairs I was called the following day to inform me that my bike was ready for pick up and all repairs had been done. When I went and picked up my bike I had my invoice reviewed with me as to the repairs done and it even came in at a lower price than I was quoted in the beginning!. I would recommend Everett Powersports to any of my motorcycle friends. I found them to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff and very good about helping you to get the very best pricing available so that you can be assured that your motorcycle is running at top performance level. Five stars for this shop and I would give more if I was given the opportunity. Thanks for everything you did as a well staffed shop. I am riding my motorcycle with great confidence knowing that I got excellent mechanical workmanship done on my bike.
