I purchased a used 2009 Ducati Monster 696 a few months ago. I have been researching a reputable shop to take care of all my motorcycling needs. I called a few places and they do not work on Ducatis. I stumbled across KFG Racing during my research and they work on Ducatis(plus they are close to home). I ordered a set of new tires for my bike online as the tires I currently had were dry rotted. I gave KFG Racing a call over the phone to get a quote for mounting the new set of tires. The woman(sorry I forgot your name) I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful and gave me a quote instantly. I also found out that if I had ordered the set of tires through them I wouldnt have had to pay the fee to have the tires mounted and balanced. Although I saved a few bucks initially by ordering the tires online next time I will just purchase them through KFG Racing as it would have been cheaper in the end. Another reason why I will purchase through them was I had to drop off my tires then ride my bike over. Which was kind of a hassle but thats my fault for ordering online =). However they also offer pick up and drop off service for a fee. I had nothing better to do today so I didnt mind the extra step in driving back and forth. Plus it was an excuse for me to ride in the rain. Anyways back on topic. I arrived at KFG and the staff was really helpful even recommended me a place to grab some lunch while I waited for my bike to finish being serviced(food was good btw thanks for the recommendation). While I waited for my bike to get serviced they gave me a quote for my upcoming 7,500 mile service. I was contempt with the quote besides they have a Ducati Master Tech on staff so that is a plus. All in all I am very pleased with my experience here. I recommended these guys. I hate going to big name stores as I like supporting smaller shops like KFG. I feel like they put more attention to detail when it comes to taking care of your bike. I trust them with my bike. - Andrew

TLDR; The KFG Staff is friendly and cares about the customer. I am interested in doing business with them again soon! Long version: I had my suspension tuned by Barry at a 2Fast event. And although I remember him telling me the baseline tune would cost 40, I was later charged 60 dollars plus tax. I called KFG to see if there was a misunderstanding, and according to the staff at the office, the baseline price has always been 60. Im not sure where the miscommunication happened, if I misunderstood Barry or if Barry told me the wrong number. Either way, KFG did the gracious thing and refunded me 20 bucks and reduced the price to 40. This was certainly a bit of a strange miscommunication, but Ive dealt with other companies that handle this in a far poorer way and are not very friendly at all. Im hoping to get the suspension on my 848Evo upgraded by the guys at this shop. Really great place.

KFG worked their magic on my Daytona 675R (won the novice championship, and it was mostly the bike ;), R6, RC390 Cup and my Husky Supermoto suspension. They have great track side support on track and race days on the west coast. They are a specialty shop, they dont carry a huge inventory. Its family owned and both owners are ex racers from PNW, their experience and knowledge is well above an average shop. They will find, machine, build parts that are not on the catalogs to make a steering stabilizer work, or machine a spacer in delrin to raise your ride height, or find and install the custom length hose with correct angled banjos to bypass ABS. If you track your bike or carving corners on Highway 20, give these guys a call. They can help you understand how important to have suspension that is tailored to your riding, skill level and equipment. Or anything else that has to do with bikes.

A trusted and very honest shop, they have my business from now on!! April was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my bike! She had no problems letting me ask questions. They worked on my 2007 R6s and I left that shop with a bike feeling 110% better. I noticed the slight adjustments they made to make the bike feel better without me even having to ask them, they also went over all the small details in their inspection. I feel their recommendations are honest and to the best of their knowledge and experience. Theyre my new recommendation and new go to shop!

If you own any type of motorcycle this is the only place I would trust for service, I brought my cbr in with some major problems ended up replacing the engine, the new one was damaged in shipping but they sent me to an excellent welder (wasco) to fix my damaged engine cases that other shops turned down because of complexity of work and they turned out great. KFG went above and beyond my expectations of customer service and quality of work this is the only shop I will be using for all my motorcycle needs!

I came in with a bike that wouldnt run, and these guys got right on it despite their backlog of work. A week later I picked it up, but the problem was back after only a couple minutes of riding. They took the bike back immediately and found the issue a few days later (clogged fuel filter) at no charge. I couldnt have asked for better service with a tricky issue. Their prices are absolutely fair, and I never felt neglected as a customer. This shop has my loyalty.

Never again will I come here. Poor installation on the QS. Wasnt adjusted properly. I requested a different mechanic to fix.. she told him what I said.. he came to my house (mad) to pick up my bike.. nothing worse than a pissed mechanic driving off with your bike.. so he can fix what he failed to install. The owner really needs to evaluate his employees. They do what they want. The dealership (Honda) is more affordable any way.

I brought my recently purchased, poor handling bike to KFG. They diagnosed the problems with the suspension, made the agreed upon repairs, and the bike now handles as it should -- a significant improvement. (In my case front and rear springs were replaced with springs that were appropriate for my weight, and front and rear were re-valved.) These people know what they are doing and they will solve your suspension problems.

Cant review their service yet but my experience on the phone with April was excellent. She stayed on the phone with me for about 15 minutes explaining the cost of services I inquired about. Overall compared to other shops the quote I was received was competitive. Only caveat Id add is to call ahead a week out as thats what I was advised to do. But a full shop must mean they do good work!

Best shop in the PNW to bring your bike to for suspension tuning and repairs! Barry stayed late on a Friday to work on my front calipers and install new pads the night before a track weekend at The Ridge. He made me a customer for life. Thanks Barry!

These guys provide great customer service. They changed both tires on my bike quickly and for a fair price. They even took the time to answer my questions and explain a few things to me. Keep up the good work and I will be back!
