Today was my first day here and I love it. I cant stress it enough how important customer service is and today I received just that. Between Tyiesha Rebecca and Ms.Rosa I am more than satisfied. Today I leased out a Toyota Sequoia and let me tell you it has three rows and trunk space. The inside is very spacious and the interior upkeep is in perfect condition. To top it all off my kids now have a DVD in the car so when we take our Spring Break and Summer Vacations that can have something to keep them calm as we explore the road. Oh and I cant forget this the restroom is spotless and it smells very good, this may not be important to some but for me it is a plus I refuse to spend my money in a nasty establishment. And if you are looking for somewhere that works well with customers and have a good price budget for you to work on Amigos Auto Sales is the place. Ask for Rebecca or Tyiesha very nice young ladies.

When my old car of 8 and a half years gave out on me right on Tara Blvd. The first place I saw on Tara BLVD was amigo auto sales!!! I am so glad that I went into this place of business because the approval process was quick and easy! I tried to get a mini van from a big car dealership a couple of days prior to that but the down payments, interest and bank approval time was outrageous and ridiculous! They told me I would have to wait until the van was serviced and yadiyadiyah! By the time this other dealership got us approved, we had already got a yes from our friends at Amigo! Ill never forget that day that I went to Amigo, it took all of maybe and hour and a half (with test drive/paper work verification of course) and me and my family was in our new ride!!!! And if the word "Amigo" is not a warm invite, Ill tell you what is! The sign right next to it that says interest 7.95! God is great!!!

OMG!! What can I say.... This place is the best and I say this because they were and are a major help to me and my children. I have gone without a car for years meaning that I havent ever owned a car and my job schedule I was given was after the hours of MARTA services. So I went to Amigo Auto in Jonesboro and they were nothing but great to me. I was able to place a down payment on the car I wanted since I didnt have it all right there at the time. And I was able to go back to pick my car up in the same day. Can you say I was excited and so were my children. And the sales associate Ms. Sylvia was nothing but great to me, my daughter and niece that day and I really appreciated her genuine service to us. I recommend that everyone whos looking for a reliable car with easy payments and a company that will work with you if you cant pay on your given day to go to Amigo Auto.

My experience at amigo has been very mixed on one hand I had a great sales woman named Rosa and Rebecca who did every thing in there power to help us to get into a vehicle they were very helpful and went the extra mile for us. On the other hand when I had to deal with Inez at the Buford highway location she was VERY rude and treated my husband and I like our business didnt matter. She basically told me to keep my money that she didnt need my business or my money all because I was asking questions about the cost of the car! which is what a person does when they are purchasing a car!!. It got so bad the the GM had to come out of her back office and fix the situation. I recommend amigo for the prices and the interest rate but some of there staff could use a refresher course in customer service.

I had a very easy going, hassle free experience with Amigo Auto Sales, they let you choose the type of car you want, regardless of the type of credit you have with 7.95% financing, they were very polite and courteous to me and my family that came out with me, they have very, very clean cars inside and out , There is no long term financing 2+ years, and you get a free oil change with the life of your loan, and they have very nice quality cars, it was the best experience Ive ever dealt with in my 48 years.And you dont have to sit all day and night, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, So if you are looking to purchase a quality, very clean inside and out vehicle, please go to Amigo Auto Sales, and I promise you, you will not regret it.

My experience with everyone at the Jonesboro location of Amigo Auto Sales was excellent the entire time. I received great service with the salesman as well as the office people handling the paperwork aspect. They helped me find the truck I wanted at a good price. They were very helpful sorting out the issues I had with the truck and ended up fixing what I requested and did it in a very timely manner. Service all the way around was great! Prices are good for the quality of vehicle that you get. They provided me with a Car-fax for the truck and everything I needed to get on the road. I greatly appreciate there professionalism and customer service and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go there to get it! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

I left Carmax for Amigo Auto Sales. Amigo is a friendly family atmosphere, that was well welcoming of my family. I have had my vehicle for over 3 months now and never had an issue when communicating issues and pay date. Plus you no one offers a free oil change every 3k miles like Amigos! When I first purchased my car, I had to change the oil and brakes and get an overall tune up of the vehicle, which set me back another $400.00. But when the work was complete, the car ran perfectly and I have had no other issues with it. I am even in the process of purchasing a second vehicle for the the family. My experience at Amigo Auto Sales was stress free. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a car that met my need and was affordable. The car that I chose need two tires, they didnt give me any hassle with doing the replacement. They actually refused to allow me to drive the car home until the tires were replaced. I didnt spend half my day here as you do at traditional car lots. I didnt feel that they were just trying to make a sale. And most importantly I love the 7.95% finance charge which is not typical fee with "buy here pay here" car lots. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family....
