I cant thank Ryan Davis enough for the easiest, no hassle car buying experience I have ever had. From the minute he approached me on the lot and introduced himself till the time my wife drove off the lot in her new car I felt comfortable and absolutely no pressure to buy. He listened to all my concerns and everything I had to say and was very helpful in us buying our new car. Please read about our experience: I came in on Friday to look at a car my wife was interested in buying (while she was at work), Ryan answered all my questions and let me see and sit inside the car. Without running my credit he printed out a sheet with different lengths of loans with different down payments and estimated monthly payments (depending on your credit). I told him thank you for his time and said I would talk to my wife and if she was interested we would come back to see him on Saturday. We came back on Saturday to look at the car and take it out for a test drive. I told Ryan where we needed to be on our monthly payment for us to be able to buy. We sat down and filled out the paperwork so they could run our credit and work their magic while the wife and I took the car out for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car and when we returned about 50 min later she wanted to take it home but was afraid we wouldnt be able to afford it. I came inside and told Ryan "She loves it!!" He said well come sit down at my desk I have some great news... after my finance manager made a phone call we were able to get a loan at the payment you asked for. I was ecstatic, my wife was still outside admiring the car so I went outside to let her know the great news. She was in complete shock (in a good way) that Ryan was able to get the payment we asked for... So I said to her "lets go in and sign the paperwork so you can drive your new car home today!!" She gave me a huge hug and began to cry happy tears. It was a great day and Ryan and the staff at Car Sales Express were top notch professionals. Just like the name of the business says "Express" it took us about 45 min total for them to get all the paperwork ready and us to sign. While we did all that they took all the stickers off the car, washed it and filled it with gas. Out the door we all went and I couldnt thank Ryan enough for all his help as I watched my wife drive off the lot in her new car!!!

I drove 2 hours to come look at a truck that seemed to be in mint condition according to the dealerships comments and was seriosuly considering purchasing. Upon arriving at the dealership I spent about 15 minutes in the parking lot taking a look over the truck. No one approached myself if I had any questions. I went inside the dealership to find some help. The first man I passed didnt care to acknowledge me. I continued searching for no one. I couldnt find anyone. Finally I found a male whom I asked if I could take a look inside the truck. It seemed I was asking to much of him. I understood they were closing in 20 minutes, but as a potential customer he could of showed some enthusiasm. While standing outside he made several remarks they were closing and looked down at his watch several times to indicate he could careless to have my business. I surely wasnt going to keep him there past closing time but thanks for the effort. Too boot, the so called mint truck had an enormous amount of chips EVERYWHERE. Yes, this was a used vehicle. 2 years old with pea size chips that looked like someone took white out to cover them up. The repainting of the marks made it look worse. Please, dont advertise a mint condition truck that has over 20 huge gouges not only on the bumper but on the side of the vehicle and else where. These werent normal "driving down" the highway chips. Be sure to do your research with this place and take note of my mistake and call for inquires on their vehicles as they dont seem to proclaim the truth. I dont care if my dream truck shows up on their lot, I will never do business with them.

Had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited online for several weeks and received an immediate response back from Car Sales Express. I live in Columbus so I wanted to work out as much as I could over the phone and text before making the drive to see and test drive the car. Pictures and description were more than enough info for me to know I was 99% sure I wanted the Jeep. I provided them a Sight Unseen review of my Honda Ridgeline and they offered me a trade in value based on that which was more than acceptable. After telling them what I wanted the overall price to be as well as finance % charge, they made the numbers work for me. They asked me to place a deposit on the vehicle so they would hold it for me and not sell it, since I was out of town for business and would not be back for a week to make the purchase. I wasnt expecting to make a deal like I did and have it happen as fast as I did. The whole experience was incredible and by far the most pleasant one at that. I showed up at 10am on a Saturday test drove the vehicle and signed the papers. I was out of there by 11am. This is how easy it should be to buy a car. Not the whole day affair that usually takes place. Mary Cunningham - Sales Associate and Kody Lowe - Sales Manager were great to work with. Kody crunched the numbers and got me what I wanted price wise, while Mary kept in constant contact without being pushy or annoying, as to my current status, since I was out of town for business. If I am ever in the market for another car, I will definitely see what they have. But that will be a few years. Thanks again CSE.

We were at the dealership around 2 hours. I want to commend our sales girl for trying her best with what she had to work with. Came to look at and test drive a truck, but ended up just taking it around the parking lot. I didnt feel comfortable taking it out on the road due to the overall condition of the tires and that one of them had a large screw stuck in it. The truck was not very clean inside like I have seen at other used dealers. Also a couple paint chips were covered up in a very poor fashion. Most of our time was spent sitting at a desk in the corner waiting. They offered way under blue book for my trade. I understand my trade has some body damage but other than that very low mileage well taken care of truck. What really took the cake was when they said my trade needed tires! My tires have less than 10,000 miles on them. The other issue I have is that they were holding my keys to keep me there. That is very bad business. Asked twice for my keys finally walked to the center office to retrieve them myself.
