Let me start off by saying that I really liked the dealership up until this incident and was prepared to buy 3 cars from them and now I will buy none. The one Salesman Raymond Neal was perfect.Sadly he was not there the next day i went back but he was the best salesman ever. I almost would go back if he took care of it. Anyways my credit is not perfect and i got denied myself. So I was ready to add a cosigner. The man that sits in the office that only handles paperwork, is the one that caused the incident. I went to tell him that i was adding a cosigner and he told me, in front of other people in the dealership, that my credit was too low and it didnt matter what i did. he told me that there were no cars here for me and thats it. So i told him that it was okay i guess i shall take my business elsewhere, he then yelled after me and told me i would have the same problem elsewhere and it didnt matter where i would go. I am sorry but that is not how you treat someone trying to buy a car let alone another person. At that point i left and was on my way. i will most likely never be back because of that one man. He is terrible. Clearly they dont approve anybody like all the signs say good and bad credit and no credit. If you want to go there, that is fine but make sure you dont have anything but perfect credit and please go ask for Ray. He will make sure you are all okay and taken care of.

Edit: after many months and countless hours, Becks finally got my airbag fixed so Im bumping up my rating a bit. This should have been taken care of by them though, not spending my time. On a side note, my ">50%" brakes were shot within 4,000 miles. These guys know every cheap trick, get your promises in writing! The prices were right, so I wound up buying a car without much haggling. First thing I noticed on the test drive, the alignment was way off... Becks covered the repair but made me go hmmm. Next, they didnt put any fuel in when I left the dealership... the low fuel light was on but I chalked it up to them being busy. After i got home, I went into the settings and the brake fluid said it was past due for replacement. Not a big deal, but again made me go hmmm. Last straw though is the car I wanted was a "military purchase" BMW, and I would be the first registered owner in the US. Due to that, Becks claimed they couldnt fix an airbag light, producing papers showing a recall. I have spent roughly 10hrs and $150 trying to get the warranty validated before the recall expires next week. Becks wont even return my calls when I ask for help to cover the repair cost if the warranty is denied.

BUYER BEWARE!! I understand that when you buy a used car that is exactly what youre getting, something used. I bought my car about 6 weeks ago from becks and Ana the sales woman totally screwed me. I had my car for about 4 days and I took it back to them so they could put on "new" axles for me and when I dropped it off I asked if they could fill up my tire because it was flat. When I picked up my car everything seemed fine until the next day when my tire was flat again. I stopped at a gas station to put air in it and noticed the huge nail in my tire and if I saw it I know they did too! I took my car to Wal-Mart to get my tire patched and the man who fixed it told me I should really go see a mechanic because there is something wrong with my Axel.. How is there something wrong with my "NEW" axel?! And to make it even better my engine light has been on since week 4.. I called Ana to tell her about my issues and she just brushed it off and acted like it was no big deal. I dont know why but my brother decided he wanted to get a car from becks about 2 weeks ago and his speakers are blown, tail light went out and now his engine light is on.. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Complete rip off.

My car was totaled in May so I was looking for a replacement car, the one I came to look at had already been sold (but still listed online)so I found another one there that I liked. While we were test driving the car the battery light and brake light started flashing, they determined the alternator was going bad and replaced it before I took it home the next day. We bought the car on June 23rd 2015 (Paid in Full) and took it home June 24th. They cashed and the $14,500 check cleared the bank on June 24th (no problem cashing the check before I even got it home) but its now July 18th and we still havent received the title. (Tags expire July 22nd) We had plans for awhile now to leave Monday(July 20th) for vacation in Tennessee but now have to postpone because my car wont be legal to drive. We called earlier this week and the salesman said the title came to them that day in their name and they would have to go change it then send it out. So did they sell me a car they didnt even own or have the title to yet??? I should have probably read these online reviews before driving two hours round trip and buying a car from them.

I was very happy to have done business with a used car lot such as this one. When they told me their banks could provide me with a better loan, I was skeptic at first since every dealership says this, and since I had good credit and bank through a credit union, I figured their banks would not be able to do any better, but Jack (Their Finance Manager) was very knowledgeable of his stuff, and I didnt feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Jack was able to find me a better loan, all while ensuring I keep my good credit score. Alex my salesman was very helpful when it came to assisting me and asking questions. He followed up with me when I was not sure about the purchase and gave me his best interest. I would recommend this lot to anyone interested in finding a local car at a used car lot. 5 stars and thank you Becks for getting me into the car I have always been a big fan of :) The only downside to Becks would be their cars are sold as is, so please make sure you inspect any cars you are considering thoroughly! At the very least purchase a warranty! 2011 Subaru WRX STI :)

Recently I went in to lease a vehicle and must say it was a great experience. My salesman was great and knowledgeable. He helped me throughout the entire process and explained the benefits of various models. I have to say, they were extremely patient with me, as I had a ton of questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I recommend Becks Auto Group for a great experience. I went to quite a few dealerships, but I kept coming back to this one again and again. I feel confident in the decision I made and it is thanks to the team. Also, an accounted person was wonderful in explaining financing and payment options--he will make the deal works for you. Overall, Im glad I entered into a lease at Becks Auto Group and I am grateful for the awesome help. I highly recommend Becks Auto Group and team for all your auto inquiries!
