Horrible car dealerahip if you can even call it that. Basically a crime syndicate in middletown ohio. We purchased a car there and two days later the engine blew up. They kept the car not working on it for almost two months then when they finally fixxed the car and replaced the engine. They didnt give us info on mew engin no vin no mileage no nothing. Then handed us a recipt that stated 2700$ total labor and parts. Again no info on a anything. Had the car making payments on time if not early every two weeks 400$ a month. Never missing always calling them in and have bank statements to proove it. They came and repossesed car today. Saying we atre late on payments when mind u the engin has been fixxed since since march. The shanty reciept says april 4th. So they repossesed the car saying we were 14 days late on engin payment. Mind you never signed an agreement for repairs or any documents given and again call every two weeks to make a payment nothing ever being said about engin payment and i asked about it numerous times for info on new engine and a detailed receipt so that i could ensure i was not being ripped off. Never recieved anything. So today they reposseed the car with carseats wallet debit cards ss cards birth certs stuff like that. Refuse to give it back unless we pay 65$ in person to schedule an appointment to then come back and get items. We live 2 hrs away now. Owner now said even if we pay he probably wont give us our car back. Needless to say im contacting an attorney. My experience stay very far away from this place unless you want to be robbed and waste your time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY! The I give him NO STARS, he only gets one so I can share my experience! The owner is an absolute a**hole! He does NOT value customers! His proffesional skills do not exist, and are absolutely slobby. He will scream curse words at u if u so much LOOK at a car on his lot after 6:30pm, doesnt care if a potential customer works late! And I watched him get into the cars he is selling, drunk and drove one away it was a silver Mazda! Got out of work and picked up my daughter, wad on my way home, which I work late, so I was driving by to look at an rx8 that was on their lot, and this black chevy truck blocks me in to where I couldnt move my car, and this drunk old guy bum rushes my car screaming at me and shining a flash light in my eyes, yells at me to pull forward and obviously I was blocked in BECAUSE of him! And I told him I couldnt and he yells at me asking me what I was doing and I replied I was looking at a car and he says "hours are 10-6:30, get out of here!" and I said "im sorry, who are you and whats your name?" and he said "im the f***ING owner! And then I asked for his name again and he walked back to his truck, Parked it and got into one of the vehicles that were for sale and followed me! He wreaked of alcohol! I was in such fear for my 4 year old daughter and my own safety! This guy is a nut job! I reported this to the cops I was so scared!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! I purchased a car from here last August that I paid entirely too much for. I was down on my luck and needed a vehicle quick in order to get back and forth to work. I purchased from here before so I chose to go back and it was the worst choice I have ever made!!! The day after I bought the car I smelled oil burning and I noticed a few drops of oil on the ground. I called Midwestern and they told me to bring it in. They had my car for THREE months and then gave me a $2400 bill claiming they replaced the head and multiple other things pertaining to the engine. 2 weeks after I finally got to bring it home my oil light came on and I had to put FOUR quarts of oil in the car!!!! Was losing a quart of oil every 500 miles and Dwayne refused to look at it again claiming he fixed it. Today (Only 8 months later) I threw a rod in the car, my engine is completely blown. I STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR!!! Very dis honest people.

DO NOT BUY!! This Place is as dishonest as it gets!!I was told that the vehicle was inspected for safety and mechanical issues and that it was OK and free of any of those issues, They will argue that it was sold as is...and they are not lying, they sell nothing but junk and charge 10-15 times its value, without putting any money into it at all, take the money you have for a down payment and buy at an auction...thats all they do, and it will save you THOUSANDS!! I was lied to about inspections being done, and my truck was found to be completely unsafe within two weeks of buying...bad brakes, severely rusted frame ect. plus it had no oil in it (they did not even do an oil change!) buyer beware!! look up all the complaints on the ohio attorney generals office on these SCAM ARTISTS!! I never expected perfection.....just that I could carry my kids in it without risking their lives.....and I did risk their lives.....and so did Midwestern!!! All to make a buck!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is terrible here. They sold me a complete lemon. The car looks nice and fancy on the inside and outside but under the hood is a different story. It hasnt even been 2 months since I had it. It makes noises and I went in for my first oil change at a dealer and was told this car is pretty much garbage and is leaking everything from everywhere. I now see why they sale cars as is I dont even want to say how much money I am out of. I explained when I purchased I am a single mother I need a reliable car ha jokes on me.

After purchasing a truck from here it was at the mechanics within 12 hours because the transmission was completely out and the rear end was falling apart as i drove it home. Then repairs are $5500.00..my mechanic (which Duane Rossing (manager) would not allow me to drive to before buying the vehicle, my mistake) said that Midwestern would have know the extend of the damage to vehicle...and sold it as a GOOD vehicle anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! ...TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW...DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

PLEASE DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS!! My son paid an absurd down payment, ridiculous weekly payments and the truck broke down 2 weeks after he got it. They refuse to help him in anyway as they sell their vehicles "as is". As is- is now sitting in the driveway while my teenage son tries to pay his over priced payments and save the money he needs to make the truck drivable.

These people take advantage of people who have no other options. I bought a car BARELY a year ago and have already had to put almost $3000 worth of work into it... Not to mention the fact that the strut broke not even 24 hours after I bought it. Luckily they fixed it but not without extreme attitude about it first. I would never even tell my worst enemy to buy a car from here.
