Probably one of the weaker Krogers in Cincinnati. This is due to the employees, whom dont seem to concerned about the customers time. There are regular loiters in the front and around the parking lot. Its generally not as clean as any other Kroger, yet its been remodeled quite a few times over the years. Salad bar is decent, but no olive oil is weird considering every other one has it, and the broccoli/cauliflower is always in massive chunks. Otherwise thats great. While I could nit pick about particulars, my discontent with this location revolves around cleanliness and efficiency. Nobody wants to grocery shop. Help us to avoid smells and unpleasant sights. Also, accommodating us to get out asap would improve the visit as well.

This Kroger is a madhouse on weekends although it has been noticeably less busy since the new store on opened on UCs campus. This usually results in a number of staple items (particularly in the produce, meat, dairy, snack and frozen sections) being unavailable or short on selection which can be frustrating. Check out staff, baggers and stockers are all efficient, professional and friendly. The produce is usually fresh and the deli, meat and especially the seafood counters are all great.

Many employees seem unhappy and unknowledgable regarding pretty much everything. I called trying to reach the pharmacy yesterday and a nasty women in customer service was so rude and then refused to transfer me to the pharmacy, her exact words were "I asked you a question" all nasty like. I can not even remember what the question was bc I was in such shock she spoke that way. It was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced!

Very friendly staff and customer service desk. Chaotic during their busy hours (which can vary from weekends to 10pm on a weekday.) Inventory for certain items such as milk and eggs, were a bit slim and the section at the end of the store where the milk, eggs, wine, and water were located just felt plain weird, not to mention messy. Was difficult to find candian bacon, btw.. The parking lot is pretty gross and could use a clean-up and/or reconstruct.

This Kroger seems to always be super busy, but Ive never had a problem here. Theyve had some recent renovations and added a Starbucks, which is nice. Easy to navigate, well stocked, safe, speedy checkouts. My only disappointment is that they used to have all the natural/vegan/organic food in the same area and now it seems a bit scattered and dwindled :/ a lot of other Krogers have it in one area, why change it?

Cashiers and baggers dont pay attention to what they are doing. Twice my husband and I have gotten home to realize one of our bags missing. The produce seems to go bad pretty quickly also, so Im convinced the handling procedures arent standard. I drive the extra mile to go to Finneytown most of the time even though I live less than 5 minutes from this one.

This is a very dangerous part of town. Ive shopped here maybe 3 times max and everybody is so dirty and rude, and the customers will physically push you out of their way. This most recent time, I alerted the worker that other customers were shouting the F word in front of my toddler, and she said, "So, F-ing, what." What kind of customer service is that!?

I slipped on a grape in my flip flops near the freezer isle, hurt my knees badly on their concrete floors. Because they said they do periodic cleaning and the grape was out of the produce area, they were not liable to pay me or my urgent care bill of $50. I live in the area off forest avenue, so I shop in Norwood now. Really disappointed.

What a gross Kroger! A couple was making out in front of the meat cooler and I had to ask them to step aside so I could get some ground turkey. They continued to make out and I had to reach behind them. Half the people in this place smell like weed or other drugs. If you are looking for a family friendly experience, DO NOT GO HERE.

My weekly grocery run for the last years, until Kroghetto gets rebuilt. Enjoy shopping here much more than I did at the other location. -s: Always out of carts and baskets, staff is hit or miss, parking lot can be a zoo +s: Clean, usually have everything you need, if you get the right staff member very accommodating.

Couldve been 5, but the check out customer service needs help. Young man had his face turned up the whole time. I started bagging my own groceries because he didnt have a bagger and was forming a line just wanted to kinda help him, and he still kept his I really dont give a ×#$% face on.

Thank you to Connie at the Deli, running the show. Trainees? Connie was doing her best to keep up with the demand while the other two Deli workers asked many questions and slowed down there process for the customers. Connie even apologized for the delay. Around 12:30-1:00 Monday

I would like this store better if it kept the parking lot clean, especially in the back under those stairs, just dirty. My question is why in our neighborhood? The inside is okay, staff very friendly, but not enough products for vegans or organic products. Thank you.

This place is always busy. The loitering by employees has improved greatly. The garbage left in the parking lot by the inconsiderate customers still needs a lot of attention. They need a full time employee just to collect the garbage that is left by the customers!

This is not a store to shop at if you want any customer service at all. No one to be found at all when needed. The time is not of importance to the employees at this store its more of a hang out than anything. Rude employees and horrible interactions.

I only go here early in the morning anymore, theres not many people and its mostly clean. Its just your average Kroger, but by mid-afternoon/evening it is dirty, with items laying all over the place, and the parking lot is littered with trash.

Always a mess, which is typical of every Kroger store in Cincinnati. the people tend to be friendly, its the corporation that doesnt care about its customers. Maybe they will fix em all up once the entire town is a Lilly white shopping mall.

This Krogers is usually packed.... I mean packed. Very crowded. I will however say there pharmacy is Very quick and reliable considering the volume of people they serve .Would have given another Star if I felt safer In there parking lot.

Store is not big enough. The parking lot is very messed up. People park wherever they want. Block the front doors. Park in the fire lane. Illegal drugs used standing in the parking lot. It is the worst Krogers I have ever experienced.

It is a great part of town! Staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Always some great deals to find. The UC folks bring an international flair while their new Krogers is under construction. Very grateful for staff at Krogers!
