First off I love Publix. I grew up in South Florida and was raised on Publix and their great customer service, but that is lacking in this location and frankly all the Publixs outside of the city seem to be this way too but this one is the worst. I have seen multiple arguments break out between staff and customers, mostly because the staff has been downright rude. I have had the staff here act as if I am being a bother just for ordering a sandwich or pastry. Every time my father visits he experiences the same attitudes and rude behavior from the deli staff. I have received the same from both the deli staff and the bakery staff. I only use this Publix for last min shopping when we are out of something and dont need to do a full grocery run. I drive past this location, I live less then a quarter mile down the road, and go to the one on Paces Ferry but their CS has gone down hill as well. All my neighbors I spoke to also avoid this Publix unless they are out of bread or milk and need to make a quick small run. And at both the Paces Ferry and Veterans locations we have had a huge problem of purchasing out of date prepackaged food. And not just a day or two old, but as far back as a year expired! It got to the point where I am now paranoid about expiration labels. I brought up my concerns once with the manager on duty and he acted like he really couldnt be bothered. Almost as if hes heard these complaints before and his hands are tied. We have actually stopped doing our full grocery shopping at Publix all together and have started to shop at Sprouts now that its opened. Which is a shame because Publix has always been a staple in our family.

I went to this store about 8pm this evening to go to the deli to get a sub the workers were so slow I was there about 15 min. And there were 2 people working each person only took care of 1 customer each in that 15 mins. Then the one guy who finish his customer first walked away and got on the phone 3 customers left in the time I was there waiting. (if you are management and see this watch you security tapes you will see this is all true). Then they guy making my cold sub takes the bread and puts it in the toaster when I dont like hot bread on a cold sub so I said why are you tosting my bread he ignored me but took it out of the toaster right away and still made my sub with it I figured it maybe he dident toast it yet but when I got the sub I could feel the heat comming thru both wrappers and the bag so I gave it to the woman at customer service and said I did not want hot bread on a cold sub and nobody offered to do anything for me and I did not have another 15 mins. To wait back on that line for another one.

It really saddens me, that most of all the 5stars, that describes on how Great this Publix, in this location is, but I would believe that are employees... Ive been shopping here, at this Publix, in this location for almost 3 yrs, because I have to....Kind of like have no choice!!! I mostly shop here for the deli and produce departments... Most of the time, if its busy or slow in the deli dept., it Seems to be, on my every visit, none of the 7-8 all black employees, dont want to wait on me for service, but when its mostly blacks in line in front of me, they get the better Publix Customer Service.... ....This is very sad, because if it was a all white employees staff, and the black customer, got treated the way that I am getting treated, All Hell would Break-lose and the Race Card would be put out!!! Every Employee that works for Publix Represents PUBLIXS! I❤️Publix

I love publix stores but i havent really received any bad customer service every time I walked in to visit the deli. So 5/8/15 I called to order a sandwich on my break, I called in at 4:08 pm and talked to rhonda at the deli at first she was very polite but when I asked for the total with taxes, she turned into a new person and very rudely stated, " We dont do taxes back here". First thing I thought was ghetto and she had to be black. I didnt know what to say, I was so shocked, I said, "okay and bye". I called back at 4:09pm to speak to the store manager and the customer service gentleman stated that only the assistant manager was in I stayed on hold for 4 minutes and 39 seconds before someone hung the phone up on me and I gave up. I ended up calling the other publix on east west and south cobb dr and had no problems. I guess its all based on which publix you use.

The deli department was were complete assholes. I placed an order at 7:00 and was told it would be done at 7:45. Bout time I arrived, the sandwich hasnt even begun to be made. The worker (willy) stated he didnt know if I wanted cooked bacon on my sandwich. Why would I want uncooked bacon on my sandwich? When he felt ready to prep my order, he had a sly remark for everything I wanted on my sandwich and when I asked for vinegar, he was to lazy to put it on and pionted out where I could get some packets. Was not happy with my visit. If your department motto is order anywhere, pick up anywhere, and never wait in line. You should try to abide by it and not make up excuses when you know you messed up.

I usually love Publix, but If you want the most expensive prices in all of Metro Atlanta, then step right into this particular Publix. I walked in the other day, because I work close by and was amazed at the super high prices! Every single thing in the store is higher than everyone else. Every single item I was looking for was at least .25 cents higher here.. some of the items were 1.00 higher PER ITEM than other stores. I dont get it. Whole Foods is cheaper, and they are notoriously high. I would go elsewhere.. anywhere, for better prices.

I like publix I shop at varies locations. But unfortunately this location doesnt deserve my business any more. Its been twice this has happen ordering a sub to be picked up at specific time and arriving and finding your sub hasnt been made but there are multiple people standing in the deli having there own private conversations. Not ordering anything from this place again.

Not going there again. Really bad crowd at this place. Our van got hit from behind twice. once a cracked tail light, second time the rear bumper was dented. each time the hitter got away. Park faaaaaar away.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone greets you with a smile. If you ask for assistance there is always someone to happily help. This is my favorite Publix by far...

This was my first time visiting this particular location. It was clean and the employees were very friendly especially Richard in the Deli!
