I have never been one to report or complain about any Publix but I have to say I am very disappointed and disgusted by this location and will NOT return. My coworker and I went in today around 4pm to get a sub from there since its super close to our job and we love good service. Well, unfortunately, that was a mistake. We saw flies all in the bread they use to prepare the subs and my coworker asked the lady behind the counter if there was any other bread available since it had bugs all over it. She responded with the rudest attitude " Well I have nothing to do with that, its not my problem" . At that point, I wanted to leave so she called the manager Lori. When Lori came to the counter, the older lady tried to be calm and stated very nicely that we didnt like that there were flies all over the bread and she continues to say " The flies come from the back door when they leave the back door open", which from my understanding is where the garbage is located. So not only do we receive a horrible experience but now we know the flies coming from the garbage are on the bread that we are paying to eat. DISGUSTING!!! I addressed to Lori that the older lady was not friendly or nice with her response and told her word for word what her initial response was. We are paying customers that you disrespected and you are not about to victimize yourself as though you were courteous. I did not buy anything because thats disgusting and now I refuse to put any money into an establishment where that type of customer service is provided. I have never had this type of experience from any Publix but will not return and I will continue to tell everyone not to go to this location. Publix is like the Chick Fil A of grocery stores and should not have that type of representation for their company. After the manager makes things right for my coworker, the rude older lady asked if we worked at the logo on our shirts and I said yes but she then proceeds to ask me my name, which is irrelevant, so I asked her why. I told her we work in customer service all day and we dont provide the disrespectful customer service that she did so she walked away at that point. If she isnt happy with her job she shouldnt be working there but I refuse to be mistreated and disrespected.

Deli is disappointing especially since the other location on Barrett is much better. Chicken was either over cooked or sat out too long then at one point my 8 pc chicken was missing pieces. Other than the deli the store is nicely kept cashiers are very friendly even to children that are accompanying their parents. However most of the stockers act as though they do not want to be bothered if you can not locate an item. Management is very geared towards customer satisfaction.

Come on publix.. its 11:15 am and you havent made yogurt parfaits yet? Thats a breakfast item.. usually this is done earlier.. hmm. Also guy making them was not to nice.. when I asked him when we would be making them he literally looked away from me as if I didnt exist and mumbled that he could make me one right now... although he was taking care of what I needed.. im still kinda confused. Publix usually does better than this.

Expired milk on two separate occasions. Along with frozen lettuce. I dont understand why they are freezing bagged lettuce. Avoid this store at all cost!!! Go to a different publix or just be safer and go to Kroger since it is cheaper and less likely to get food poisoning. Also while talking to a manager, they called me maam and when corrected that I am a guy they continued to call me maam on the phone.

Not HAPPY with a lady name Dianne at Deli at all, twice she helped me so mean and rude. Dont know what happened to her but she didnt nice to me at all. I will come back to this publix but wont buy any Sub if she is there.

This location is nice and clean like all of the Publix grocery stores Ive been to. The cashiers are always friendly and pleasant. They make my day when I shop at Publix!
