My dog is very timid to strangers due to his previous owner so when I take him to be groomed I always explain this about his personality so they can be extra reassuring and he always warms up to them and does fine. When I arrived to his appointment his groomer was 15 minutes late. She already looked annoyed about having two dogs waiting for her with appointments. I explained his personality and needs and then left. 10 minutes later she called and said I needed to come back and that she couldnt groom him. She sounded annoyed so I asked what happened. She said he was terrified and she was too busy for him to not cooperate. I picked him up and he was shaking and practically ran to me. Even with his shy/timid nature Ive never had a grooming experience this terrible. I do not recommended this location...

The Millburn Petsmart is small and lucky had what I was looking for. The location is good with very few Petsmarts in this` area. I probably will retrun soon.
